Tooth Club - Bishops Stortford

I came to the Bishop’s Stortford practice today and had such a lovely experience. The whole team were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were amazing and made me feel really comfortable and looked after. I had my appointment with Dr Damian and Shivani S, and they were both fantastic — professional, reassuring, and very caring throughout. Thank you to everyone at Tooth Club for such a positive visit. Highly recommend!

*EDIT* Sadly, I'm reducing my review from 5 stars to 1 stars. I cancelled my finance agreement within the cooling-off period and before any treatment began, yet I've had to repeatedly chase for updates and still have no clear timeframe for my refund. The communication and customer service throughout this process have been disappointing. Quick to take your money but slow when its due to be given back! Helen was so helpful and explained everything in full!

I had a wonderful experience at Toothclub in Bishops Stortford thanks to Mary at the reception. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and ensured the whole check-in process was smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really set a positive tone for my visit. Mary is a credit to the clinic, and I would highly recommend Toothclub to anyone — especially knowing you’ll be greeted by someone as kind and attentive as her.

Came into the practice today and couldn’t be happier with the results. The Dentists & Nurses really make sure that the experience you have with them are pleasant and they make sure you’re comfortable throughout- the colleagues at the desk are also lovely, making sure to give you a warm welcome. I 100% recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

Apsolutly amazing service. I had composite bonding done and im so pleased with it, its given me my confidence back. Reception staff are always so polite and accomadating. Would highly reccomend this place.

I had an appointment at Tooth club in Bishops Stortford a few weeks ago and normally I don't like going to the dentist, but I was made to feel comfortable straight away. The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. Dr Chetan was also lovely and very helpful at my appointment. I would definitely recommend Tooth Club!

Booked for a consultation as I wanted to have some bonding done. Booked in via instagram and confirmed my appointment by WhatsApp and email later on after. It took me an hour to get to the location and when arriving was told take a seat, then to be asked have you even confirmed your appointment to then be told "our dentist can not see you today now" I was in there all of what 5 minutes however was quick enough to ask me if I wanted a check up and would have to pay for it which I never went there for in the beginning I went there for bonding and a free consultation. Very unprofessional, couldn’t provide me with any price information and did not have the courtesy to even let me know in advance that I wouldn’t be seen that day. I’ve heard a lot of bad things regarding tooth club however thought I’d judge myself as other peoples opinions don’t matter however I totally agree with all the reviews and story’s I’ve heard.
