A brilliant experience. As of today, my first appointment, I've decided to switch from my current London dentist to Smile & Wellbeing. The team work hard to put their patients at ease, the prices are transparent and fair, and the technical expertise is outstanding. Aftercare has a rapport and kindness that makes you proud to support a local business. Particular thanks to Eloise Anstiss; she takes a holistic approach to her work, really focusing on the patient's lifestyle, and this informs her recommendations. I look forward to seeing her again, and meantime, am grateful to everyone at Smile & Wellbeing for doing such a great job in the Bishop's Stortford community.

My mother needed an emergency appointment with her dentist and having rung in the morning one was offered for later that day which was brilliant. From receptionist through to the amazing care of Richard her dentist and dental nurse my mother was treated with respect dignity and kindness. She went on to have 3 teeth extracted which was carried out there and then - what service! Again, all very professional and efficient and my mother is pain free. She couldn't be happier with her experience and as her daughter that goes for me too. First class in every way highly recommend Smile and Wellbeing.

A great little family practice with Richard at the helm. I have been coming here for a few years and I cant fault their service from the welcome from reception through to the aftercare service. I have also had a couple of sessions with their hygenist Eloise who is simply brilliant, she takes good care of my teeth but is also very caring of her patients. And if you are a nervous patient, have had a bad dental experience or simply want a second opinion, book an appointment. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his fabulous team.

Further to my review below which I posted 3 months ago, I am nearing completion of my dental implants journey with Richard. Today I have had impressions done so my new teeth can be made. I highly recommend Richard, who is an excellent dentist who takes great care & pride in what he does & I have every confidence in him & am looking forward to seeing the end result. Thank you! Richard at Smile & Wellbeing is an excellent dentist & I would highly recommend him for any dental work. He is also a really nice calm man who makes you feel totally at ease before & during treatment. I’ve just had some dental implant work done with Richard. The whole implant procedure went very smoothly & he explained everything to me & answered any questions I had. Thank you too to Laura who assists Richard & Clare on Reception. Thank You.

I am not good at any dentist since childhood trauma. I would normally go and then never return and find it awful. The team have taken the time and consideration into that at every appointment, and let me say there were a lot! I haven’t been a frequent visitor to a dentist until meeting and going to Richard & Laura. You walk in and they greet you by name, ask how you’ve been and make it personal every time. They ask your concerns and don’t make you feel stupid or uncomfortable when you do inevitably get upset like me. My anxiety before the appointment has quelled and not half as bad as it used to be. Not only that but I have returned time and time again! I still get anxious during the appointment however they do as I ask and don’t bring the added attention and anxiety to it and carry on as if it never happened. I am grateful to everything they have helped me overcome and deal with so far and will be returning frequently to keep the progress I have made up all because of the effort and compassion of the wonderful team they have.
