Whats happened to this place the dentist is always late and if we are late the make us rebook I've had enough of this place to to go elsewhere!! Being punctual is vital and we all know something things happen but 3 times in a row now not on time.
Booked in for a polish and clean yet again waited 45 minutes to be seen then to be told they cant do a polish and clean. Absolute terrible service since asad went private
Been going to this dentist for years and have always been happy with Asad. Asad Has gone privetly so been replaced by another. He is unprofessional and has no people skills. He basically passed the buck and sent me to cradley heath to get my tooth seen to further and also was private to which I couldn't afford. All he was interested in was to have my tooth extracted. Not to see to the problem and save my tooth. He obviously did not want to see me as he cancelled my appointments twice and delayed my problem by a month. I have no faith in your dentistry. I would not recommend this man to anyone. I have now found another dentist that is NHS, had my tooth seen to and put it right without extracting it. Great service, very thorough and professional in all aspects.
Disappointed, attended for my 9 o clock appt. Door will still locked. Gave it 10mins and phoned from outside. Went to answer machine. 15 mins after my appt time doors still locked and no sign of life. So left another voicemail. Phoned later in the day to see what had happened. No call back or explanation. Have registered with another Dental practice.
I Had multiple appointments cancelled. Then finally got an appointment to go for a checkup after text after text to ask me to book in. However I couldn't make the appointment I was given due to work. (As my original one got cancelled by the surgery) I called up numerous times to try and let them know i couldnt attend to no avail. Anyway a few days later I get more texts to book as I'm due a checkup. Which I do, I am then told I'll have to find another dentist as I've cancelled 3 appointments in the last 5 years? Which is false. I've had at least two cancelled (by the surgery) in the last two years through no fault of my own.(still got the texts). So now I'm left with no dentist in desperate need of a checkup through no fault of my own. I did everything i could when I knew I couldn't attend my appointment. But it's fine for the surgery to cancel my appointment after I've booked a days off work? This is unacceptable and its through no fault of my own!
Have been coming here for years. Up until my appointment that was made in March for September was cancelled the day before. I'd taken time off work and cancelled clubs. Rebook for October as only appointment...text to cancel again! Have an appointment Saturday!!!...no of course I don't it's been cancelled again. Presume when I call tomorrow I'll be told no appointments until next year now. I presume making a complaint will make no difference as not sure who actually governs or over sees dentists unlike other health providers. I'd be kicked out for 3 no shows and cancelled appointments.....but surgery do it. Who cares!!!! So now to find another dentist who we can actually get to look at teeth!!!
Brilliant practice. The staff are very kind, loyal patience understanding especially the dentist and caring nothing is to much trouble I have always been frightened of dentists but I will speak as I find . Been having treatment at this practice over 11 months with different kind of treatments Being disabled I cannot get out and about much due to my disability but it’s a pleasure to attend the practice for my treatment because I know I will be looked after and cared for which means a lot. Will never go anywhere else I recommend this practice to everyone Well done everyone and THANK YOU...
