Bilston Dental Practice

Had to move my kids to a different dentist after trying to give my daughter a filling on multipull occasions, she was referred to pheonix who confirmed no filling was required but Bilston dental practice still kept saying was required, she’s been to 2 further dentists since both stating her teeth are fine and no fillings needed!! I now do question if other kids needed fillings in past tho

I have frequented this dental practice for many years with excellent support from Dr Ratra . Very friendly helpful & enthusiastic supportive team from the dentist to the hygienists & lovely friendly helpful reception staff. Great dental information given to take home & implement . Very up to date oral hygiene information given to help with any issues customers may have between visits. Friendly offers to call the team to discuss any worries or concerns customers may have which is lovely. Very clean professional environment. Great holistic care . Thank you So much 🙂 Audrey Hunt

What a fantastic service! My son was very anxious having his treatment done and Jag and her assistant was so understanding spending 90 minutes trying to complete the treatment. Not once did we feel pressured or that they needed to hurry. Jag talked my son through step by step constantly reassuring him. Dr Ratner was also extremely helpful and understanding. I changed to this dental practice afew years ago because of frightening experiences elsewhere and I don't regret it. We are always greeted with a friendly welcome and we are made to feel very comfortable and that goes for all the staff. I cannot praise this practice enough 5☆ service.

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ratra for showing me such kindness and compassion, and for doing everything possible to ease my pain and discomfort. I was referred here by 111, and within an hour of the referral I received a call. Even though I wasn’t already a patient, I was made to feel completely at home. I’m truly grateful for the care and support I received thank you for looking after me.

I have now left this practice and joined elsewhere, they constanty cancel and change appointments, then when you are seen they always seem to rush you. I had a filling many years ago, they did not do it right as they used trainees to carry out the filling, it has given me nothing but trouble, food constantly getting stuck, dentist said that is normal just to brush my concerns off. Reception staff could be bit more customer friendly and smile when dealing with patients, feels as if sometimes they doing us a big favour, when in fact Most patients are paying customers. The owner is a nice friendly chap, however these concerns are all his failures of not running a quality service or practice. My new dentist is excellent and so are the bookings and reception staff when you need a appointment. This is not a fake or competitor review, but just a verdict of a unsatisfied patient who left the practice as they could never see me in acceptable time frames and then cancel appointments.

This is an amazing practice, I used to hate the dentist, to the point I had to take someone with me to make sure I want in, but over the many years I've been going there this is now different. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are brilliant at calming any nerves. Dr Ratra is an amazing dentist and even though I've moved out of the area I'll still happily make the drive to attend this surgery. My 4 year son is also registered there and is showing no fear and enjoys going to the dentist

Really impressed with Bilston Dental Practice, it's a bit out of my way but I decided to go with them because of the good reviews online. Very glad I did, Dr Patel was fantastic with me and helped keep me calm despite my nerves. He took the time to properly look at my teeth, take X-rays and explained everything in detail so I felt comfortable. They got me an initial appointment very quickly and I didn't have to wait long for a follow up appointment with a hygienist either. The practice is small but clean and easy to get to as it's a short walk from The Crescent tram stop. The Hygienist and her assistant were also really good, very professional and patient and my teeth look and feel so nice now! Can't recommend them enough, especially if you're nervous like me.
