Church Street Dental Practice

The building is clean and pleasant. Very quiet. I was greeted by the receptionists and they explained I needed to go upstairs. My dentist Dr Hussein was very pleasant. He explained everything. I then went for an x-ray which was very quick. The receptionist explained the payments and was happy to sort out my Den Plan cover on the spot and arranged my next appointment.

I have been attending this practice for over 15 years, I am seen within a few minutes of appointment time. My dentist Dr M Samra, the listens to my needs and tailors a plan accordingly, gives specialist advice and support which I find suits me and therefore have no qualms regarding my appointments. The reception ansmd support staff are polite and all know their definitive roles. I have recommended this practice to family and friends, no one currently has a bad word to say. Keep doing what your doing.

I have not been to a Dental Clinic in the past 12 years because I am an anxious patient and find dentist visits extremely painful. However my perspective of dental care has astonishingly changed ever since I have joined the Church Street Dental Practice! I am so grateful to have been able to find this Practice, as the quality of care at Church Street Dental Practise is extremely high and the staff is immensely friendly and dedicated to patient centre care. At my very first appointment with Dr. Jaswinder Jandu, I knew that I had come to a safe place. I was given such good care with lots of positivity which gave me tremendous confidence to go back to start my dental treatment. In my next appointment I met Clare the hygienist, she was just as Amazing as Dr. Jaswinder! Honestly, no amount of praise is enough to reflect the genuine care that has been given to me by all of the staff members so far. I have proudly shared my experiences with all of my family members about this practice and I highly recommend this Dental Practice to all.

Having been a customer even as far back as at their original location in Church Street, I am still really impressed with the overall service with such a great team. I had a very good experience with this Dental Practice. Starting from the reception team and ending with the doctor, everyone is so welcoming and kind. I had 5 fillings done and everything went smoothly without pain. The doctor was very patient, kind and attentive to my needs. Going to the dentist is not painful anymore. Even for my kids is a nice experience and without fear of pain. Thanks again to all the team!

I had an appointment to see Manson Khan and Jada for a deep clean, I was a little anxious as to what to expect but they immediately put my mind at rest and took my health concerns into account. They explained everything perfectly and the whole process was so easy. I look forward to seeing them both again for my next appointment!

I visited the practice today to get my teeth looked at after I slipped and fell two and a half weeks ago. I was seen to by Mansoor Khan and his dental nurse assistant Sara both of whom id never met before, i was reassured about my teeth as I was worried and advised of what to do moving forward, I mentioned that because of the impact the fall had on my teeth one of my veneers was chipped and to my surprise he offered to do a quick fix on it so it wouldn't be as noticeable. He and Sara got to work straight away and promptly did the repair and it didnt cost me any extra... another surprise! Thank you both very much.
