Dr. Linu took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure, making sure I understood my options and felt completely comfortable. The treatment itself was gentle, precise, and handled with exceptional professionalism. I appreciated how patient and reassuring Dr. Linu was, especially when addressing my questions and concerns. The follow-up care and instructions were also very thorough.

Just want to say, thanks so much to Mr Hafiz Nadeem. Such an amazing job by an amazing dentist; basically rebuilt my front teeth grain by grain. Couldn’t be happier with the results! I was terrified my teeth would never look the same again after this chip and Mr Nadeem did more than I could have ever expected! Would defo recommend Bilston dental surgery!

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago, I could not make the appointment due to health reasons, I've called in this morning to book an appointment, and to my horror been told I've been taken off their patient list, and can't re-book!!! Ridiculous service. NEW CLIENTS AVOID THIS PLACE.

It might be easy to get an appointment, however it feels like that they either dont care or aren't competent enough to fix teeth. "Root canal" done in less than 30 min. It held for week. Next appointment to fill the missing filling took under 15 minutes and the filling was out in less than 2h. In general this place is only good for pulling teeth as they definitely won't be saved In this clinic on NHS.

Dr linu joy , she is nice person and more than best doctor. She treats patient in a very welcoming way. She is kind and sincere towards her job. She is very professional & personally recommend her for treatment.

Very polite reception and friendly dentist who put me at ease and explained everything to me in a professional manner.
