Had 3 roots removed today at north tees hospital absolutely fantastic i was kept calm dentist was lovely reassured me and next thing all done no after pain bit drowsy but wore off in a couple of hours thank you so so so so much xxxx

This is my first time dealing with Grace dental after having my child referred here for sedation and I hope to never deal with them again. The way the staff spoke to me on the telephone today was absolutely disgusting. They also claim to have sent out a letter which was never received, but if their work is anything like their attitude im glad as I wouldnt put my child's health in the hands of people who can't even be polite.

Excellent service quick appointment for a new patient and the staff are very helpful and friendly . I had an appointment the day after enquiry . My treatment was done in less than 2 weeks with follow up in 3 months , previous dentist couldn't even begin until October . . Dr Kapoor is friendly , relaxed and informative . I can't fault this practice . 5*

I am very grateful to the practice the way I was treated, I was 100% explained about the treatment I wanted to have done . Dr Kapoor was extremely understanding, i am very grateful for the treatment she has done for me; I'm so happy with the outcome. The receptionists and nurses were very kind, and very understanding. Excellent dentist! Was extremely reassured, I’m a very nervous patient but put at ease , personally my experiences at this dentist have been great. If only I had had a dentist practice like this 40 plus years ago , I don’t think I would have ever had a phobia about the dentist. Highly recommend with the treatment I have personally received!

I was very anxious about going to my appointment for various reasons. Dr Handa put me at ease straight away explaining everything she was doing and saying that she would stop at any point if I was uncomfortable. I even had a filling without an injection. Both the dentist and nurse were very respectful and caring.
