Identity Individual Dental Care

As a nervous dental patient, I can’t credit the team at Identity enough for their kindness and their patience. Whenever I’ve needed to see them at short notice, they’ve been accommodating and professional. The team are thoughtful and friendly and I heartily recommend their outstanding services. 10/10, would be taught how to actually relax my clenched jaw again.

After moving back to the area I was struggling to find a dentist and Identity was recommended to me and as a nervous patient this was important to me to receive a recommendation. Almost 4 years on I continually to be pleased with the patient care I receive from James (Dentist), Gill (Hygienist) and the team. They offer reassurance when needed and offer helpful advice too in relation to my teeth. In addition the team offer support to the community, are always keen to learn about what’s happening and offer expertise in other areas such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia- constantly wanting to understand others more. Recommend this dentist👍

Had to go to an emergency dental practise after having a very uncomfortable night.... When the dentist looked at my tooth he said it's not that tooth that's causing you a problem it's the extraction you had, there is still some of your tooth left.... He took it out and all OK. This had been there for quite a while, James never picked it up.... To say I was shocked would be an understatement. Do not go..... James was very nice when I first went. When I wasn't happy about my treatment, and said so.... his demeanour changed completely. He comes across as very placid, but I found his reaction to my complaint rather disturbing. He changed from this nice and easy dentist to a very dogmatic dentist..... In other words everything is OK..... When the opposite was true. I have never been back......

Having just visited for an emergency appointment, I cannot praise this practice more. From my initial call which was friendly warm and welcoming to how much care and time was taken to put me at ease, explain things. I haven't been to a dentist for many many years and was incredibly anxious but I needn't have worried. I would highly recommend this practice.

At Identity Dental Care you will get a very friendly and highly professional service from the moment you walk through the door. Apart from assessing and identifying the immediate treatment I required I was also able to discuss some changes I wished to make to take advantage of modern dental techniques. I was given a complete explanation of the work to be done and a full breakdown of the cost. As a previously nervous patient I can honestly say that, whilst not exactly "looking forward" to my visits, I certainly no longer fear them 🙂 Identity offers a personal service second to none and you will definitely leave with a SMILE on your face.
