I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the moment I walked in, all of the staff were absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome. A special thank you to Saffron and the lovely lady dentist who looked after me. I have always been incredibly anxious about going to the dentist, but they made me wonder what on earth I’d been so worried about. They were kind, caring, compassionate, encouraging, and never once made me feel judged. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. The practice itself is spotless, modern, and even smells lovely – nothing like a typical dentist at all! The whole experience completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental appointments, I honestly couldn’t recommend this practice enough. Thank you all so much for your kindness and exceptional care.

Had my 2nd treatment here today Weds 17th June with Dr Tim Peach.Root canal and a white composite filling. Before surgery Tim explained the whole procedure which is always reassuring. Pain free throughout for which im always greatful. Many thanks to Dr Tim Peach and his dental nurse... My smile journey continues.😁😁

I visited Billingham dental recently for a small filling and a whitening scan and was extremely impressed at the overall experience. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arriving. I had my treatment done by Emily who took the time to explain my treatment to me fully so I knew what to expect. Emily took extreme care when applying the numbing injection to the point where I didn't even feel the needle! She took the time to ensure my filling looked great at the end which I really appreciated. Overall Emily acted extremely professionally and ensured a fantastic, friendly and welcoming atmosphere which left me feeling extremely impressed!

Just been this afternoon, I had an annual check and an updated x-ray on my mouth. I was very pleased and impressed with billingham dental practice. The place is very clean, and all staff are very friendly and helpful.unfortunately at the present moment no one else is able to register so bide your time people if you want to join you. Thank you, Billingham dental.

Absolutely fantastic, Craig & his assistant Hayley made me feel so relaxed as I'm petrified of dentists. I had all my teeth out & dentures fitted which Absolutely terrified me, with their support I got through it & couldn't be more pleased with the result. Thank you Craig for giving me back my smile.😁

Found the Receptionist to be rude. I called to enquire if I could join as a private patient. The member of staff who answered was rude when I asked if I had to have a residential address in Billingham to be able to join. She laughed down the phone and said no and made me feel like this was a stupid question. I then asked how I would go about registering and she said 'well have you had a look at the prices?' I said 'no but I was a private patient at my last dentist so I assume the prices are somewhat similar'. She laughed again and told me that different dentists had much different prices and for me to check the website first to check the prices and call back. Very rude. Sounded as if she didnt think I could afford private dentistry. I shall take my business elsewhere.
