I used to go to this dentist but quickly changed as Karen is very unpleasant. I have always had a fear of the dentist and when she examined me I jumped when she touched a tooth. She then tutted at me and threw the tool into the sink and told me she didn't do anything so why am I jumping. She then told me I would be better off at another practice.
Been coming here all my life, always found Karen quite strange however after not being able to attend an appointment due to ill health, I was unable to ever arrange because all she wants is money and she even told me when I tried to get a new appointment because people don't show up sometomes and she loses out. After being promised an appointment if I had a deposit, I was told by the receptionist after this that my last appointment was too far apart to make a new one so I should register elsewhere, hence why I was frustrated. I got a whole lot of abuse off Karen for questioning this, and she demanded an apology for my missed appointment which she then mocked saying "you only said that because I told you to". Absolutely disgusting customer service, so obnoxious and to be quite fair just plain rude which ironically she labelled myself as. I shall be registering elsewhere, and for those who are considering this practice, just don't before you feel like ripping your own teeth out instead.
3 years ago, the dentist at windlestone picked up that my bottom lip looked like it needed more protection. I decided to use factor 5, although it is now pre cancer, if it wasn't for the dentist I would never have been aware of this. Thank you for picking up on this.
Terrible experience! I find Karen to be very rude, obnoxious and arrogant. I should have taken the advice of others, which was to keep well clear of this practice. Unfortunately, I learnt the hard way. I have since registered at an alternative practice.
A lovely friendly dentist! Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist but these ladies always make it an easy and enjoyable experience! Thank you x
