Ochilview Dental and Oral Surgery

I, like many individuals, have historically experienced apprehension regarding dental procedures. Over the past month I underwent the extraction of three teeth at Ochilview. My dentist's approach was exceptionally welcoming, fostering a calm environment and consistently inquiring about my comfort level throughout the procedure. I was consulted regarding which teeth required extraction, specifically two in the upper arch and one in the lower jaw. Given that one side of my face would be anesthetized, I opted for the removal of all three. The application of a topical anesthetic prior to injection ensured a pain-free experience. I wholeheartedly endorse this dental practice; the entire staff, including the reception team, exhibits remarkable professionalism and pleasantness. I extend my gratitude to Ochilview Dental for their exemplary patient care.today I was at Ochilview dentist and had a wisdom tooth extracted,it went very smoothly again.made to feel calm always asked if there's no pain.the experience off all the staff is brilliant. Every staff member you come in contact with always has a smile and say hello.i would recommend this dentist anytime.

Emergency appointment took me in that day as my front veneer was knocked out. Excellent service. Attention to detail was amazing! 🤩 many thanks 🙏

Pleasantly surprised, really helpful staff. Dentists was fantastic gave me a breakdown of all treatment and what they recommend,was happy my opinion was listened to and a plan put in place with no pressure,definitely would recommend.

All good in terms of dentist, reception etc. one consistent issue is regarding dentist sticking to appointment time. This is frequently an issue. I understand things can get out of step as the day progresses however my appointment was 09:00 this morning and taken 09:10-09:15. This is a consistent theme which could be improved

My first trearment with new dentist, very good and checking if your ok while getting tooth done. And pleasent woman to chat with and advice on differernt treatments i can do to improve the colour which am wanting done. So very happy with my dentist at ochilview Dental and Oral surgery. 🙂👍

I got referred to this dentist to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was very anxious but was made to feel very welcome, the surgery on the whole was spotless and all the staff I met were lovely. The dentist who removed my wisdom tooth (Luke) was so nice he made me feel at ease spoke me through what was going to happen and reassured me I would be fine. I was in and out no problems whatsoever and Lukes music choices certainly helped put me at ease. Thank you 🙂

I’ll start by saying that communication could be better – it can sometimes be really difficult to get through to the practice on the phone. On my recent visit, my appointment was also 10 minutes behind schedule, which was a bit frustrating. However, I want to highlight how much I appreciated the dentist who treated me. As someone who’s always been scared of dentists, I felt incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process. They took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease, which made a huge difference to me. Overall, while there are small areas where the practice could improve on organisation and accessibility, the care I received from the clinical team was excellent.
