Deregistered my wife and I as NHS patients and didn’t notify us. Now when trying to book an appointment they couldn’t add us back on to the list as they’re full.
Had an appointment booked for 8.30am with which the dentist wasn't even open, they were late opening. Then was told dentist had been transferred and there would be no treatment that day. Absolutely disgusting treatment of patients.
Always been on time, never missed an appointment yet constantly messed around with.
