Unfortunately, our experience with the dentist was not particularly positive. I found it difficult to understand what he was saying and often had to ask him to repeat himself. At times, he seemed irritated when I asked for clarification, which made the appointment feel uncomfortable. My son also found it difficult to keep his mouth open during the examination, which is understandable given his age. Instead of reassuring him, the dentist was just reopening his mouth. Overall, the dentist came across as quite cold and unapproachable, and there was very little effort to make either of us feel at ease. Although he did offer to show me my X-rays at the end of the appointment, by that point I was feeling uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. On a positive note, the dental nurse who assisted him was really nice. She was kind, welcoming, reassuring, and professional throughout the visit. While I was having my X-rays taken, she spoke to my son and helped him feel comfortable while they waited outside. She communicated clearly, provided helpful information, and was genuinely friendly from start to finish. Her warmth and professionalism made a significant difference to our experience and are very much appreciated.

I had an appointment today afternoon. The worst customer service I have ever got from the receptionist. The receptionist was very rude and not at all welcoming she was engaged in her smart phone instead of work. When I went in to the practice it fees like we are begging for the service. After the consultation and payment I took the photo of the feedback poster where they where just mocking and laughing in a way that it doesn’t matters. The service and the attitude of the nurses was good. Receptionist is the face of an institution. That itself made the thing upside down.

My dentist referred me here to have a tooth surgically removed as they didn’t want to try or were equipped to deal with it. So pleased they did! Honestly one of the smoothest and pain free appointments I’ve had. Thanks

I always have a lovely experience with my dentist Gurneelam Singh Randhawa. He is fantastic with the children and makes them feel at ease. All of his dental recommendations are based of my health and not money. Couldn't recommend enough.

The reception staff are lovely, and dentist friendly but they are always running late. Today was 40 mins! That's a problem for parking and getting to other commitments on time. If we were notified at check in may be useful or a live app showing the wait time or your 2nd in line like tesco click and collect system.

I’m not one to complain, but I felt really disappointed with my recent hygiene appointment. I went in for a scale and polish and explained my concerns clearly beforehand, but the whole experience felt rushed and not very thorough. After the appointment, my teeth looked exactly the same, which was frustrating as I expected at least some visible improvement. What bothered me most was that instead of listening to my concerns, I felt like I was being convinced that a good job had been done, rather than actually being heard.
