I had a back tooth extracted yesterday. I was quite nervous beforehand, but Fiona and her assistant made me feel at ease. The procedure was quick, and I haven’t experienced any pain since—an excellent outcome. I’ve been following Fiona’s aftercare advice, and everything seems to be healing well. Many thanks to Fiona and her assistant for their care and professionalism—she’s a great dentist. One thing to note: when booking an appointment by phone, the switchboard staff can come across as quite focused on payment.

Very friendly reception staff. I was seen on time with no waiting . My appointment was with Lilian. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took time to answer my questions and offered valuable advice. I would highly recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a professional , knowledgeable and friendly dental service.

The dentist was very good, prescribed antibiotics, I went to boots qued in the boiling heat and when I got to be served the lady in boots said my prescription was invalid because it had not been stamped by the practice. So I was not happy, extremely hot and bothered with toothache I had to go back to dentist to get them to stamp my prescription.

The dentist was very welcoming and had a pleasant manner, which is why I have given 2 stars. However, I am not satisfied with the treatment I received. My appointment today was to refill a previously broken filling. I was expecting a permanent filling, but instead a temporary filling was placed. This was not clearly explained to me beforehand. Unfortunately, the temporary filling has already partially broken, which is very disappointing. I also have a concern about the space between my teeth. For hygiene purposes, there should be a small space between the two teeth, but they have been joined together. This makes it very uncomfortable and difficult to clean properly. When I asked whether I needed another appointment, I was told I could either continue with this or wait until my routine check-up in July. I felt uncertain about this advice, especially as I was not shown the result clearly. I am not a wealthy person. I work full-time, but after paying my mortgage and bills, I cannot easily afford repeated treatments. It is frustrating when patients’ financial difficulties are not taken into account. This is now the second time the filling has failed. Previously, I had a permanent filling that lasted for several years without problems. Overall, I am disappointed with the outcome and currently feel very uncomfortable.
