Unfortunately, I avoided booking a dentist appointment for several year's due to discomfort & nerves from past experiences however, I was recommended MyDentist & more importantly, Dr Sandhya Tewari for treatments going forward. Let me tell you, I'm so glad that I took the advice given. I felt at ease on my first consultation the moment we met, some people just have that aura about them, you know? A treatment plan was put into place, costs discussed without any pressure (private patient) & recommendations shared. I had my first treatment done today, the treatment & care given was attentive, professional & painless. I know going forward all the worry & anxiety regarding my next appointment will be non existent which is fantastic in itself. The dental assistants I've met & reception staff have been warm, kind & sincere too. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On 26 January 2026, our daughter Sarah had an appointment with dentist Hina Hussain. The purpose of the visit was to have two teeth removed, as recommended by the orthodontist. Unfortunately, the dentist showed no interest in following the orthodontist’s instructions. During the appointment, she claimed to have found two teeth that needed fillings and stated that treating these two teeth with white fillings would cost us £400. The fact is that children under 18 (and those under 19 in full-time education) are entitled to completely free NHS dental treatment in England. I asked her why I would have to pay for my daughter’s treatment when she is 17 and still attending school full-time. The dentist insisted that these were the rules and that using white fillings would cost £200 per tooth. I felt she was not being truthful, so I took my daughter to another dentist. It turned out that Sarah has no teeth needing treatment at all — her teeth are completely healthy. I am furious that a dentist was prepared to treat and fill perfectly healthy teeth just to make money.

I am so happy with the work Sandhya has done, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist! The whole team have been fantastic with me throughout my treatment, they've made everything easy, hassle free and were so friendly. 10/10 would recommend mydentist Banbury!

Orthodontist recommended treating one tooth + cleaning before fitting braces for my 15-year-old son. I booked the appointment specifically for that. Dentist said: 'cavity is small, we won’t treat it now' (though later admitted it would be problematic once the braces are on), and cleaning isn’t available on NHS – only privately. No explanation whatsoever why they refuse to do it on NHS but happily do it privately. The whole visit was rushed at the end of the day – I left furious. Complete waste of time. Avoid!

Nadine was absoloutley brilliant. After being absoloutley terrified of the dentist for many years & needing a wisdom tooth extraction 🤦‍♀️😳,she (& her lovely dental nurse) made me feel at ease as much as possible . Highly recommend mydentist Banbury

I have hated going to dentists for years. Sandhya has made me feel at ease every time I have visited, this is the first time I have been more relaxed . Everyone is really nice and friendly.
