Damira Wellum House Dental Practice

Very polite and very good with doing a tooth extraction 🙂 I was nervous about having a tooth out but never felt a thing also made sure I was feeling ok and well in myself before leaving the dentist. 💯 percent would use them again. My dentist couldn’t fit me in and I was in loads of pain with the tooth but they managed to fit me in so I never even had to wait for appointment:)

Felicia is a great dentist, really trust her. Makes me comfortable even when anxious. I enjoy the continuity of care, and advice she gives has really helped me. Was on time for my latest appt Often a bit late but NHS dentists are hard to find and it's easy for emergencys to come up and add delays. I was upset about the previous signage about being late, as it felt quite rude especially when they ran late for my appts. After emailing about it they updated the wording to be much more appropriate. Really pleased with how that feedback was handled and done very quickly and they saw this from my perspective. Thank you to the staff.

Lama Usha, my hygienist, was excellent in every way. She was very calm, unhurried and primarily concerned with my well being in what I have rarely found an enjoyable experience with hygienists at other dental practises in the past. I have no hesitation in recommending her and will definitely ask for her in future.

Excellent, NHS patient, easy to get an appointment. I have had an issue with a tooth, had visited another dental surgery several times who said there was nothing wrong. New to this surgery and within 5 minutes was able to tell me exactly what was wrong. All staff extremely friendly and helpful

Great service. All staff were friendly and polite. MR Van Der Suey was professional and informed me of the process that was required. Very helpful that it was open late as I work full time.

You cause me great pain so I must be insane to pay you for my tooth extraction it's not always fun but in the long run I trust I will have satisfaction So now I am here to give you a cheer and maybe I'll give you a plug cos it's hard to confide with my mouth open wide when all I can say is ugg ugg Seriously though, Damira Wellum House has given me good service over many years and I have had no cause for complaint. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice and my dentist Felicia listens and acts on any concerns I have with my teeth and carries out the work quickly and effectively. The reception team always seem busy and ask now and again if anyone is waiting to pay or book an appointment. They also have a chart displaying dentists names and adjust as necessary to show if they are on schedule or running say 15mins behind which is very helpful. I won't say I look forward to visiting them again but they make the experience as good as it can be.

10/10 dental practice, running a flawless operation & really attentive/welcoming staff working there too – especially Dr Dirk Van Der Spuy! I really like their booking system too, which you can easily do from your account. Simple and efficient.
