Irena is wonderful, though genuinely every member of staff have been wonderful. I have previously had a very poor experience at another dentist. Everyone has been so kind, understanding and given me plenty of time. I can also say that Irena is very gentle whilst being very skilled

Darshini was so good with me. Im a 52yr old very nervous patient, and was quite scared on my 1st appointment. Darshini showed me so much compassion and empathy, and was so very understanding. I have to have treatment going forward but feel comfortable knowing I have such a lovely dentist who will go above and beyond for me. Thank you. And a huge thank you to the reception staff for also being understanding and so lovely.

Absolutely brilliant, from start to finish of my long teeth journey the complete professional manor and everyones pleasant from the receptionist to the manager. The end result is amazing and I would recommend them to all. Big shout out to my denist and her assistant spot on job thankyou

Due to one cavity I have had to visit the clinic 4 times over two years. First time the filling fell out the same day (charged around 160 pounds I believe). Second time the filling held for a couple of months (do not remember if I was charged). Third time the clinic offered a temporary filling, this one held for about 8 months (I do not think I was charged anything for this). The last time a few days ago it was repaired again but this time with more expensive filling material (I was charged around 270 pounds), did not use anesthetic. Dr said I must be grinding my teeth. Not sure if I am, but even if I was, why are fillings from decades ago not falling out? I do not believe this is acceptable and probably will not return to this clinic or any other Bupa clinic if I have to pay multiple times for the same cavity and have to make the trip every time. No confidence in your services anymore. Staff are friendly and nice, but I would prefer a filling that stays in my mouth to a friendly reception 🙂

Putting 1 star as I can’t put 0 Poor communication of fees and poor service. I work a sensitive job where you can get called in anytime. I called two days before and told £39 cancellation fee within 48 hours. Or be archived so I said archive me I’m not paying for nothing. I’ve just had a letter through saying I need to pay or it’ll be passed to a debt collection agency or taken to court. As well as the threats of court for £40 the dentists aren’t anything special and will try and get you in more frequently than required. Would only recommend to a worst enemy as they aren’t very careful with the tools

Had a hygienist dental visit today, usually don’t like this at all, sensitive teeth and it just hurts, but today was different, Devi was great and made sure there was no pain and nice clean teeth. Very happy and grateful, thanks Devi.
