Welcomed warmly by reception staff. Bobby was superb. From the moment I arrived he made me feel calm as I was a little anxious. His examination was very thorough and he talked me through his findings with no pressure to go ahead with treatment. Very informative and competent.

I had a really excellent experience with Anna Tooke. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly manner. She is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm any nerves I had. What stood out most was how gentle and pain-free the whole treatment was. I genuinely didn’t feel any discomfort, which is something I’ve always been anxious about with dental visits. Anna’s skill and care made a huge difference. She’s not only highly professional but also a genuinely lovely person who clearly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, patient, and pain-free dental experience.

I had an appointment on 8th May for a filling to complete my treatment plan, which previously included a tooth extraction and another filling, plus a hygiene visit. I've never been to a dentist where i haven't had some uncomfortable pain or discomfort following treatment, but both both Bobby Jacob, the dentist and Hannah the hygienist were brilliant. I also had a phone call following the tooth extraction to ask whether I was all right. The staff extremely helpful, kind and professional throughout. Dr Jacob puts you at your ease with his relaxed and easy-going manner and Hannah was very thorough and understanding. Andover Dental Practise is the place for a nervous patient, for sure! Andover Dental Practice were once again brilliant today. I phoned in with a painful tooth and I was seen and treated beautifully. I am one of the rare people who doesn’t mind going to the dentist! I have been with Theresa for many years now and she’s so lovely, she has a great manner and is very thorough. I had to have a tooth removed after an abscess and she was amazing, put me completely at ease, talked me through what would happen and made sure I was comfortable.

Amazing dental practice! Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and it’s always very clean. Dentist and dental assistant are always very friendly and make you feel important, always taking time to talk, not just rush you in and out. My children have just started at this dentist too and Bobby has made them feel safe and they are no longer scared to go. I would highly recommend.
