After struggling with a loose, broken tooth I decided to have an extraction and an implant at Dental Concepts in Andover. The whole treatment experience was excellent from start to finish. I knew I was in very good hands throughout and best of all it didn’t hurt during or after the procedure. I am absolutely delighted with the result, thank you so very much Manish, Rupa and Chandra, great job and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dental Concepts.

I recently visited Dr. Aditi and Rupa, and I had a really positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Both Dr. Aditi and Rupa were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting any treatment. What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine care for patient comfort. They were gentle throughout the procedure and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. It’s clear they both take pride in their work and prioritize patient wellbeing. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run, with minimal waiting time. Overall, I felt I was in very capable hands and would definitely recommend Dr. Aditi and Rupa to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental team.

After a failed NHS root canal when I was 17 leading to recurring infections for almost my entire 20’s, I was recommended Dr Manish at Dental Concepts as the NHS would no longer touch me with my damaged tissue. I was under care with Dr Manish for a total of 18 months (during a pregnancy too!) I cannot fault the care and treatment I received from my initial chat with Nikki on the phone to my consultation with Manish, the whitening with Dr Rajan, all the way through to the completed implant. I even had to bring my small baby with me to the last few appointments and everyone was so understanding and great with him. I am extremely pleased with the work Dr Manish has done for me, including little bits he chose to do outside of the initial treatment plan just to ensure I have the best possible smile and confidence. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone.

The clinicians were amazing, approachable and very skilled. We’ve had 2 types of scans which showed different aspects. Damn clever software!!! We’ve had it all explained and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I both have to have extensive treatment which includes extractions, brace and implants so it was important that we felt relaxed and confident that Dental Concepts can do the job, which they made us feel. Dr Manish and his team are amazing. Recent treatment invoved three extractions and fitting of a bridge. The level of planning, caring, expertise was exceptional. In fact every aspect of my experience was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you so much to everyone at Dental Concepts.

First time visit to Dental Concepts at Andover for some preparatory dental implant work. Everything expertly explained in a clear, concise manner by Manish and Rinu. Then the admin sorted out quickly by Nicola. First class experience delivered by a dedicated team, who are helpful, delightful and very knowledgeable in equal measures. Highly recommended for your dental needs. Returned today (Wed 1 Oct) for the next stage of some pre planned dental implant work. Once again in the expert hands of Dr Manish and his team. Everything explained in a clear and concise manner before starting. Within around forty minutes and no pain whatsoever, three teeth removed, two stents inserted, and one temporary bridge fitted in place. Saw the results and was amazed at what Dr Manish had achieved, a simply wonderful sight of which I couldn’t have imagined beforehand. A comprehensive and detailed post operation guide given to take away. To summarise, anyone thinking about dental implants, be rest assured you are in extremely professional, experienced and confident hands at Dental Concepts Andover, who I would highly recommend unreservedly. And in Dr Manish you have a dental surgeon, a consummate subject matter expert who operates like a ‘magician’, and you (the patient) have a front row seat.

Exceptional, professional and caring. The previous week I went to another implant practice and whilst they did a CT Scan, they just wanted to sell me implants to replace my broken molars. Dental Concepts showed how they could prevent further breakage and not need to keep replacing implants. By fixing my bite over a number of months with the latest invisible brace. From reception to clinician we were taken good care of. The equipment they used was the state-of-art, I say art, because the 3D scan showed my teeth from every angle, to make sure any implant was going to be perfect.
