Excellent service and very friendly. I called them after a friend recommended them to me. Reception were very helpful and advised over the phone that I should call 111 and make an emergency NHS appointment as they had availability via that service on the same day. Once I had done so they called back and booked me in. My dentist (Alice) has been fantastic and I would highly recommend her and this dental practice.

Was ringing up enquiring about new patients. Soon as the lady answer and I was about to ask, not even allowing me to finish my question, she was very rude talking said no no no and then hung up on me. As someone with really bad anxiety, this has really brought me down. Maybe she was having a bad day but there was no need to be very rude or mad. It would have been nicer if they could have to explained that wasn’t taking on. Very upset.

I have been a patient of this dental practice for over a year, following a seven-year search for a suitable provider. Having experienced significant dental anxiety since childhood, I found Jenna to be exceptionally adept at managing my concerns. Subsequently, Sam has provided equally outstanding care, consistently ensuring my comfort and relaxation throughout all procedures. This practice is highly recommended for individuals with dental phobias.

Awful. They keep cancelling my appointments and when I try to rebook they take a new appointment and then cancel it again a few months later. I dont think I have been seen for about 2 years due to their cancellations. I have just tried again to rebook a cancelled appointment and got their voucemail saying the practice is now closed despite phoning during their opening hours. What is going on?!

I have had an apointment booked in for 6 months, just received a text saying my apointment is cancelled with no explanation. This has happened for my last few appointments. Your receptionist Valerie is very rude and unprofessional. I will not be using your dentist again

Have been with this practice for about 20 years and they’ve always been wonderful. I’m quite a nervous patient, but have never had anything but positive experiences. This last time, I had a severe toothache, and was given a timely appointment. Hayley and her dental nurse were, as ever, wonderful. The tooth had to go, but Hayley is always sensitive, warm, reassuring, and extremely efficient. I have nothing but the highest praise for the practice.

After having apps cancelled by the practice and ringing last year to book an app (was told to ring back in a few months) today I ring to book apps for myself and son to be told we are no longer registered. Really poor uncaring protocol, no assistance given whatsoever, was told it was standard to remove patients after 24 months if no appointment in that time, I have received txts telling me they aren't doing regular check ups but nothing to warn us we will be removed if we don't book an app, disgraceful
