Called this morning to book an appointment as I haven't had any reminders for our 6 month check for me or my children. They said I can't go back anymore because I missed an appointment that they re arranged. They apparently sent me a message. I said to the rude lady on the phone I didn't get a message at all reminding me of anything. She then said "well thats not my problem and hung up". I called back and said I want proof that she sent this reminder and proof she sent reminders of our 6 month checks and she said "no" and hung up again! On writing a letter of complaint!

I have a deep dislike of going to the Dentists. However Mr Chan has always gone out of his way to put me at ease. The work I have had done has always been top quality. I recently lost a front tooth and I was given various choices and I ended up going for a bridge. It was a painless process and I am happy with the results

Edmund has been my dentist for the past 40+ years. I have always recieved impeccable service from start to finish with all of my treatments. Earlier this year I had to have 2 large upper rear teeth extracted. The treatment i received was done with upmost care and professionalism. I also received before and after care instruction. Later in the year Edmund made me a new replacement upper denture that I must say is the best looking and fitting I have ever had. I find the atmosphere in the surgery to be nice and relaxing and the staff friendly and efficient.

I became a patient of Mr Chan after my wife received excellent treatment for a dental emergency . I had been told by my previous dentist that I needed to have teeth extracted and that I needed dentures which I was loathe to do. Mr Chan explained that this was not necessary and that he could save my teeth and fit a bridge, which he successfully did and for which I am so grateful. I now have a check up every 6 months when he also deep cleans my teeth. I have not suffered from any problems with my mouth or teeth since I have been seeing him and I would now not go to any other surgery. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

I visited this practice due to having lost a front tooth. The appointment was on time and the staff were very friendly and professional. The dentist proceeded to examine my teeth and on completion I was given several options. I chose to have a bridge fitted and the dentist then took the relevant impressions. I was fitted with temporary teeth and was given an appointment about a week later. I returned to have my "Bridge" fitted. I have to say I’m delighted with the outcome and was impressed with the professionalism of the dentist and the staff. It’s nice to be able to smile again and all I can add is I would rate them 5 stars !!!

We all know going to the Dentist's is never the best experience. But have been a patient of Mr Chans for some years and can state, in my experience, "Mr Chan and all his staff always going that extra mile to make the patient feel valued and to put you at ease" The surgery is always immaculately clean and staff all very professional. Over the years I have always received the very best care at this Dental practise and can't recommend them highly enough.

I’ve always struggled with my teeth for various reasons and unlucky me I had to get teeth removed and denture done. I’m very nervous in general about going to the dentist but in all honesty I feel comfortable recommending Dr Chan. His staff is brilliant always friendly and happy to help and calm my nerves.
