I have been with this dentist for years. We were initially NHS but were told if we wanted to stay we had to pay privately. EVERY appointment I have booked in the last 2 years has been cancelled and moved. Always last minute and always rebooked for a time I cannot commit to and I have to move it. Only for it to be cancelled again. While the staff are lovely, the business model is not fit for purpose. There are clearly too many patients and not enough staff and i’m so tired of having my appointments cancelled all of the time. When will it stop? My dentist appointment was cancelled two weeks ago and was moved to a date in the middle of my working day that I can’t attend. My hygienist appointment has just been cancelled an hour and a half before. It’s so inconvenient and I can’t keep choosing between waiting extra time for rescheduled appointments and taking unpaid time off work because they can’t keep to their appointments.

Thankyou Ravi and Kate for putting up with a scared 53 year old. I had two teeth removed and dealt with me being scared compassionately and made the procedure quick and painless. Fantastic care before, during and after.

Cheryl - my hygenist - and the receptionist - were the most friendly and inviting dentists i have met. They were very courteous, explained the procedure and asked questions about my teeth, and when the clean happened, there was no pain at all. No gums being nicked or accidents, it was a smooth experience and i was very happy with my service.

After 3 years of not being able to see a dentist, I had an appointment with Jelena. She was the nicest dentist I have ever seen. She took so much time to explain everything she was doing and I felt so comfortable with her. Amazing experience. Thank you so much Jelena

Had an appointment with the hygenist, Sheryl. She - alongside Belle and Lauren - made me feel comfortable considering the fact that it has been years since i last went anywhere for my dental health! Phenomenal work, and wonderful atmosphere!

Exceptional Dental Care – Highly Recommended! We had an outstanding experience at this dental clinic from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease—everything was explained clearly, and we were treated with genuine care and respect. Dr Rashmi and her dental nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough on both occasions we met them. They took the time to answer all out questions and made sure my 7 years old son (who was the patient) was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I truly appreciated the attention to detail, patience and the personalised approach to his care. The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, which added to the overall sense of confidence and comfort. If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion, look no further. I can't recommend this place enough!

My Dentist Rushden - Dental Clinic is one of the best in the area. Super friendly and supportive staff members. Very clean and neat place. Free Car parking available. Dentist was very professional,kind and friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
