Would give zero stars if possible. Was with this practice for many years, but since going private they have fallen well short of customer standards. It's clearly all about money with them, where to give my own example I recently needed to be seen & because my next appointment as part of the plan was less than a month away, one of the receptionists said she would not bring forward my appointment & therefore to be seen would cost me £135! I rang a couple of days later & a more understanding receptionist fully understood to bring forward the appointment on the plan. To make matters worse, I was quoted one time that I made a note of on my calendar on my phone & then on the day of the appointment just as I was about to leave, I get a text message from them saying I had missed my appointment & that the time they had down was 1 hour earlier than the time I was originally given. I have never missed an appointment there from being incorrect in all my time going & with that, that was the final straw & I have cancelled the plan & will go elsewhere. Really unacceptable & poor service & would echo this sentiment to anyone else.

I am very nervous when it comes to the dentist. I was going for an extraction, and was a bundle of nerves. The surgery was busy, so I was watching people, while I waited. This took my mind off things, then I sat in the dentist's chair, and after a few minutes of my faffing about, I had my tooth out. I will quite happily go anytime jow. The dentist and his helper were fantastic. They put me at ease instantly. They deserve a pay rise, they are so pleasant. 5 stars isn't enough

I was such a nervous patient never had a good experience but I would 100% like to give the hygienist Sheryl a 5 star rating she is amazing put me at ease and went with my pace absolutely lovely lady! X

Pricey. They dont accept NHS clients, or cater to people with disabilities. Not a wide range of services or payment options other than the most basic.

Given antibiotics after phoning emergency last week still in pain phoned this morning and they booked me in for extraction at 11.30 I can't praise the staff enough especially the dentist herself she put me at ease at once thank you all for fitting me in and your kindness

Disappointed Dentist appointment cancelled monday 24th Oct 2023 offered a new appointment July 2024

Great service and no pain
