Brookfield Dental

Excellent dentist, have been with them for a few years now. Had extractions, fillings, a crown, & soon to be a denture. Always try to get you in an emergency, I had one small issue with one of the hygienist a couple of years ago , but that was put right with a phone call very quickly. Like a lot of private dentists, it's definitely not cheap, but you do get what you pay for.

Really excellent service throughout my visit. The website was easy to use. The reception staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease on the phone pre-appointment as well as on the day. The appointment itself (emergency appointment for cracked tooth and lost filling) was also excellent, the dentist Priyesh Patel was friendly put me at ease. He explained everything clearly and advised me on the best treatment option.

Excellent! First class initial contact via Chloe (reception) Arrived ten minutes early and virtually went straight in. Mustafa (Consultant) explained process for tooth extraction. Fifteen minutes later I was finished and on my way home. Pleased that Finedon Dental Practice referred me to Brookfield, would highly recommend. 👍

Been a bit of a dental-phobic down the years, I guess. Normally see Rahul Patel - excellent anaesthesia (injection) and like that he uses magnifying glasses to get a good result. He’s also just a nice chap. Happy as you can reasonably be when you’re shopping for dentistry - but not too often, please!

This was my second visit to Brookfield Dental and I have to say, I was blown away by the welcome and knowledge of all involved in that visit. Everything I needed to know was clearly laid out in advance and I have no doubt that my experience is the norm for this Dentist Surgery. Having avoided dentists for many years (National Health), my experience at Brookfield saw me treated with respect and acknowledgement. I am 71 years old and am confident that I will continue to visit. So confident, that I have a monthly dental plan with them and actually look forward to my next appointment. Absolutely amazing staff. Love Jess on reception she is so friendly and always makes me feel welcome when I walk through that door and when we speak on the phone. Dr Rahul did a great job with my composite bonding and answering all the questions I had. He made sure I was comfortable during the process by checking in. Love that there is a TV on the ceiling to watch! The time goes by so quickly. I always receive great advice about how to look after my teeth and I feel so much more confident about my smile. The staff here have provided great customer service continuously. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about joining Brookfield dental and thinking about getting composite bonding. This dental visit went very well. As always the dentist was courteous, thoughtful and professional. The hygienist was considerate, the assistant was helpful and receptionist was pleasant and conducted her task well.
