Witard Dental Health Centre

My appointment was booked for 9am but the receptionist helpfully told me that the dentist was always late and usually came in around half 9 or could arrive at any time When i did get to see the dentist, i pointed out the wait 3 patients had now had I was not rude but explained that this was not really acceptable and people have to travel distance to get to their appointments or have plans after The dentist was apologetic but the dental assistants response was’ no need to be rude, do you want to be seen or not?’ i explained that i was not being rude but stating my opinion which i am entitled to do. my appointment was fine and the dentist apologised again but the young girl really shouldn’t be patient facing with the attitude she displayed to me

Maciej is a great dentist he makes you feel at ease he has great customer service and is very informative about how to look after your teeth. He is passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. Great dental practice I hated going to the dentist until joining witard now I am happy to be looked after.

My dentist is so lovely, makes me feel comfortable and answers any questions I am worried about with regards to my teeth. My children are happy to go to the dentist and come out smiling as she makes them feel at ease.

As someone who is extremely anxious around dentists I can’t fault Monica and the rest of the team, they made me feel comfortable from the start! I will no longer have fear around visits and my treatment was started with no delays! I am incredibly thankful!

Have used this dental practice for 40+ years, albeit with different dentists. Have always found the staff friendly and helpful for regular check ups and also been able to get emergency appointments . Ewa is particularly gentle when looking af my teeth and explains what she’s doing making me feel more relaxed.

Pleasant annual visit to my dentist for my check up, seen on time and all staff were happy and chatty.

Friendly receptionist, great dentist (Ewa is awesome) and assistant, very thorough checkup and very good filling/reconstruction work in the past. If only the lead times on appointments were a bit shorter, 3 months between initial appointment and filling appointment is a long time, but that's NHS dentistry demand for you.
