I was referred to this surgery by my own dentist because of a troublesome wisdom tooth that needed specialist extraction. I was provided with very good advice prior to my appointment by phone and email by Dr Karania. Upon arrival I was seen promptly and I was kept informed and reassured throughout the procedure. The actual extraction went smoothly, painlessly and quickly. I was really impressed.

I got my wisdom teeth out on Saturday 16th but prior to that I had a call from her to answer any questions I had and honestly it wasn’t a bad experience because I was very nervous and anxious but all the staff there were very patient and reassuring especially my surgeon Dr. Karania they waited for me to be ready I felt very cooled down and reassured afterwards definitely a good dentist for wisdom teeth removal. The procedure was painless and smoothly. Honestly wouldn’t have wanted the procedure done by anyone else.

I saw Dr Tojy Thomas and his wonderful dental nurse. I am very nervous visiting the dentist and for the first time in all my dental visits which is over 50 years never have I felt so at ease. Dr Thomas explained every single thing he did, asked me if I was ok all through my treatment and I hardly felt the needle go in. Not only that the nurse was absolutely wonderful, she could tell how I felt, she gave me a cotton roll to hold while treatment was going on, she told me to raise my left hand if I wanted a break, she spoke to me throughout my treatment and was 100% the best nurse ive ever come across. I really hope both members of staff get recognised for the amazing care they gave me. I really hope they are bother there when I return in 9 months, otherwise I will follow them. I can't say I like going to the dentist but these two professionals were the best.

I had a fantastic experience with this Dentist surgery today. They were able to book and see me at very short notice for an emergency appointment, and the care they provided was excellent. The Dentist Dr Hasham Arifin and his team that I had seen today were very attentive, reassuring, and clearly skilled at what they do. My daughter had a dental appointment recently and the experience was very positive. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Tojy Thomas was very kind, professional, and made my daughter feel comfortable during the visit. The staff were friendly and the overall service was excellent. I just got back from surgery on 2 impacted wisdom teeth. I was anxious as I’d never had dental procedures before. Ruth and her team were absolutely amazing though and made the experience pleasant. I can’t thank you all enough. Time for recovery now 🙂
