This is a fantastic NHS dentist! I’ve had several treatments by Dr Lennox Lalsie (Lenny Lalsie) including an extraction and a deep filling and they were absolutely pain free. Lenny is charming and warm and has a wonderfully reassuring bedside (chair side) manner and, for the first time in my life, I don’t dread dental appointments. Lenny is very experienced and highly skilled and it’s fantastic that he is doing NHS work rather than private cosmetic dentistry. Everyone at the practice is smiley, friendly and very professional and I’ve been so impressed that I’ve registered the rest of my family and recommended the practice to anyone looking for caring dentistry. it can be tricky getting through on the phone at times but sit in the waiting room and you’ll see that the reception team work flat out answering calls and dealing with patients in the surgery. The easiest way to get an appointment is just to pop in. A big thank you to everyone at the practice for their friendliness, professionalism and care.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both myself and my husband felt that the lady we saw for a check up couldn't be bothered as we are NHS. Only looked with a mirror and made a record of our teeth. We both had a small issue she ground the wrong tooth for my husband. And I had a broken tooth which she didn't see during the checkup??? I had to point it out She said oh that's fine and ground the sharp edge but left the hole. Only seemed interested in sending us to hygienist for a fee. Not impressed

As a neurodivergent person I personally struggled a lot with dentists/fear of perception once I had gone to the dentist. This dentist is definitely the most neurodivergent friendly. 10/10 experience. The hygienists were consistently making sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure, allowing breaks if they were needed. Just to add to this, also saw Lenny for an extraction (which was completely painless) He was super friendly and made me feel relaxed despite being super scared of the dentist. He explained the whole process and was super gentle throughout, after a couple of days I still didn’t feel any pain, even though the numbing completely wore off, and i still felt well enough to finish my 12 hour shift that day.

Hands up to the hygienists who gave me my smile back. You were professional and put me at ease. You did a great job in cleaning my teeth and the Air Flow was fantastic. Thank you.

The hygienist Sidra and her assistant were lovely, very caring and attentive to my needs, as I have very sensitive teeth/gums. Also she gave me clear instructions for aftercare. My teeth are incredibly clean now. Many thanks. Maria Lima

This was a dental surgery that really helped me move past my fear/aversion to the dentist. Unfortunately my dentist is retiring and the replacement dentist is a far cry from his standard Dr Patel has none of the friendly softness and when I went in for a simple filling for a tooth that was sensitive and I left with severe pain, when I called nearly a week later to get it checked out I was given an appointment for the Friday, upon arriving I was told that my dentist didn’t work Friday and had to come back Monday. No acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology and over a week of constant pain and sleepless nights. It’s a disappointing turn on top of the poorly implemented digitalisation.
