I have been with my dentist since mid last year, I was very nervous going to the dentist, very anxious about how much work would need doing. I have recently had an infection, and this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. My dentist Vishaal is very good, and informative and puts me at a lot of ease when going in to an appointment. Highly recommend for anyone anxious! The reception team have always been lovely, and very quick at getting back to you, I imagine they deal with so much pressure everyday with patients. But they’re brilliant!

I first attended this clinic with substantial gum and tooth issues (and a fear of dental procedures), but thanks to some amazing work and encouragement, I genuinely feel like I have a brand new mouth. The hygienist Bala is exceptional, I trust her implicitly. Her assistants Poppy and Millie have also been nothing but kind and professional. Honestly, I can't say enough good things. Highly recommended.

I had such a positive experience with Laura Hobbs the hygienist! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly reassuring and understanding, especially as someone who can feel quite anxious about dental visits. She took the time to clearly explain each step of the process before and during the appointment, which made a huge difference in helping me feel more in control and at ease. Laura regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and her calm, friendly manner helped me relax throughout. She also gave me some really helpful and practical advice on improving my dental hygiene at home. This was genuinely the most positive experience I’ve had at the dentist - I left feeling calm, informed and much more confident about future visits. Thank you Laura, you were amazing!

Amazing experience. I had to have a tooth extraction under sedation and felt sick with nerves. I had a pre extraction appointment with Martin Booyens who put my mind at ease and gave me lots of detailed info on what to expect. On the day he was really great with making me feel comfortable, chatting and joking away with me with his lovely South African accent and then suddenly I was in my car being driven home, didn’t remember a thing about it. Thank you so much Dr Booyens, I have no idea whether I thanked you at the time 😅

I had a tooth extraction today with sedation, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Martin was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring from start to finish, which made a situation I was extremely anxious about feel so much easier. His manner really put me at ease, and I felt completely looked after the whole time. His nurse was just as lovely, so gentle, supportive, and attentive throughout the procedure. I called up today to talk about private sedation, tooth extraction & partial dentures. Kirsty & Lilly the receptionists were incredible and so understanding. They explained in detail all the information I needed for every question I had and helped me come up with a good plan moving forward. I will defiantly be coming to this practice for my treatment.

I visited Barrack Street My Dentist for a hygienist appointment. I was greeted by friendly staff and was seen for my appointment in a timely manner. The hygienist and dental nurse were very informative and made me feel calm while having my treatment, they offered me reassurance throughout and continued to ask if I was ok. Overall the dental surgery offers a 5 star service across the board, I would recommend friends and family.
