Excellent experience with Iconic Dental, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the team were welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. I had a wisdom tooth extraction, and the entire process was handled with great care and expertise. Dentist Lana took the time to explain the procedure clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The extraction itself was surprisingly quick and painless. After the procedure, I was given clear aftercare instructions. Their attention to detail and genuine care for me really stood out. Thank you very much!! I rang around getting numerous quotes and landed on Iconic Dent. I was offered a consultation and a refundable deposit, which was refunded within 24 hours of my appointment! My needs were assessed clearly with a treatment plan. I'm currently getting the work done in stages, but the cost is extremely reasonable compared to other dentists. The dentistry team themselves are funny, reassuring and friendly. However, the star has to be given to receptionist Samantha(sorry if I got your name wrong). She is always so positive and friendly and ready to answer any questions. Made to feel so comfortable right from the start. I'm now planning to move my hygeniest appointments to here as well.

Moved to this dentist as the experience with my previous one wasn’t great. The practice was a very calming environment which is definitely what I needed and the reception and dentist were very kind and answered all my questions effectively, prices are much better than my previous as well! Will recommend this one!

After many years of not visiting a dentist due to a very bad experience I finally plucked up the courage and went . The receptionist was so lovely and welcoming. Lana and her lovely dental nurse were excellent I felt at ease with them from start to finish . I will be returning next week for an extraction not looking forward to it but no where near as nervous about it as I would have been normally. Thank you ladies . You were so understanding of my fear .

Excellent service provided by Dr. Lana Nashef, nurse Laura, and receptionist Hannah. I have sensitive teeth, so I was quite worried about having my hygiene treatment, but they took such great care of me and helped me feel relaxed throughout the appointment. Dr. Lana explained every step of the procedure clearly, which really put me at ease. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive. A big thank you to the whole team for making my experience so positive. I'm so happy to have finally found such a fantastic dentist in Norwich! 😍
