Great experience at Palace Plain Orthodontic Practice. I love my teeth after my removable brace and fixed braces. Where do I start? Such a clean and friendly environment. The staff are always so welcoming, and it definitely helps to put your mind at ease (especially if it’s your first appointment). I especially enjoyed my appointments with Leona; she is extremely friendly and maintained the high standards of professionalism set by Dr. Hare. It’s always nice to see a friendly face in an otherwise intimidating situation. My appointments have always been a relaxing experience, with a lot of friendly chatter. Dr. Hare always made sure I knew exactly what was going on in my mouth by talking me through each step, any side effects, and what to expect. I also found it to be pain-free. The staff are also very accommodating and understanding. I highly recommend this orthodontist! I love my teeth—thank you so much! I’ll keep smiling forever 😁

I have just had my fixed appliance removed and to say I'm pleased is an understatement. Dr Hare and Leona have provided the most amazing care, which I am truly grateful for. The service is professional and friendly - receiving telephone reminders of appointments is helpful and knowing my best interests were at the heart of decisions, provided necessary peace of mind - orthodontic treatment can be scary (and costly), so this was important.

Palace Plain have been nothing short of amazing for me. From the experience of having my teeth corrected, to dealing with members of staff. Each and every one of them are friendly and approachable. For two years now I’ve been going to them and the staff give you the feeling that they are family, from happy greetings, to polite reminders and even remembering small details about you each time you meet them. I had braces on for roughly two years and the experience has been a breeze. Dr Hare puts you at ease with his informative instructions and causes no pain when working on you. I really could not recommend them enough and have already passed their information onto friends. If you’re thinking about having work done, get to Palace Plain and you’ll never go back nor regret it! 👌🏻

I can’t recommend Dr Hare and his team highly enough, after having an horrendous time of having my teeth straightened in my teens and being put off for what I thought was life my new dentist convinced me to stay well away from the quick options and to at least go for the consultation and referred me to Dr Hare. From the initial meeting he immediately explained what could be done and timescales, the whole team were very welcoming and I took the plunge to give it another go 30 years after the first try, 18 months later the braces are off and I’m overjoyed with my straight teeth. Dr Hare was brilliant with my daughter, shes autistic and he explained in a way that put her at ease. shes just had her braces removed and we are very happy with the end result.
