We were greeted by three friendly members of staff at reception, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We then attended our appointment with Dr Alba, who was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly about what to expect as my children's teeth transition from baby teeth to adult teeth. The dental nurse was also lovely and fantastic with the children, gave them a sticker which they loved. A special mention to Clare, who kindly helped find suitable follow-up appointments for my boys, her patience and willingness to accommodate us were greatly appreciated. The waiting room is beautiful, and all of the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. I would definitely recommend Friends Dental Surgery to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Outstanding service as always. I had a dental emergency today (14/05/2026) and called Friends Dental Practice. Kim the head receptionist was wonderful and managed to "squeeze" me in late morning with Dr Brais even though he had an extremely busy schedule. Kim was very helpful and I was over the moon to be seen so quickly. As for Dr Brais he was brilliant and he sorted out my problem very quickly. All the staff are so professional but warm and friendly at the same time which are lovely traits. The waiting area is relaxing, just what you need beforehand. I strongly recommend Friends Dental Practice and Dr Brais especially if you want that Hollywood Smile and a dentist that makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Highly recommend! Admittedly it’s been a while since I returned to Friends Dental Practice for a dental hygienist appointment. This resulted in quite a lot of staining but Bala and Kayleigh did a fantastic job at cleaning them up. I now can’t see a single stain which has boosted my confidence! Bala took the time to answer my questions and is clearly very knowledgeable. Both were very friendly and compassionate.

Lovely clinician, Bala is always so kind and friendly. She took the time to provide a thorough service and it didn’t feel rushed. She checked in regularly through the treatment to make sure that I was ok and answered questions about another dental service that I am interested in having.

Having experienced tooth pain on Friday I was able to book an appointment on Monday with my dentist. I now have a treatment plan. I was really pleased to be seen so quickly. My dentist (Roberta) is excellent and I thoroughly recommend her. The practice is excellent. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Ten out of ten.
