★★★★★ Claire Knight is, without doubt, the best hygienist I have ever been to. I’ve seen another hygienist at the same practice, but the difference is remarkable. After my appointments with Claire, my teeth genuinely feel cleaner, and I can actually feel the spaces between my teeth again. The feeling afterwards is amazing. Claire is also very considerate throughout the treatment. She gives me short pauses during the appointment so I can swallow, relax, and catch my breath, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable. Those small considerations make a huge difference. In fact, I already had my next appointment booked with a different hygienist at the practice, but after seeing Claire yesterday I changed it immediately so I could see her again, even though it meant choosing a less convenient appointment time. I’d also like to give a shout-out to Claire’s assistant, who does a fantastic job throughout the treatment. I’ve had other assistants before, and the difference was noticeable. The teamwork between Claire and her assistant made the whole experience much more comfortable and efficient. Claire is professional, thorough, caring, and clearly takes pride in her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional hygienist. I won’t be booking with anyone else if I can help it.

What a wonderful dental practice Whickham Dental is. I’m an extremely anxious patient and I feel so well looked after and understood when I go to my appointments. The dentists and dental nurses are extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient! Furthermore, all of the administrative staff are so very helpful. I would recommend the practice to friends and family alike!

Fantastic service very friendly and welcoming. Practice is light and inviting. Greeted by a lovely assistant at the front desk who was my biggest help of the day with getting me my emergency apt . Great dentist very friendly and professional him and his assistant , everything was explained clearly to me . Would deffo recommend

Couldn’t be happier with my new dentist! The girls on reception have been very friendly and helpful and I have just had a filling and extraction done by David. He has a very calming nature, professional and caring. You’re made to feel welcome and very well looked after.

Great dental practice and always service with and for a smile. I have just needed an emergency appointment and it was dealt with quickly and effectively. My normal dentist Paul wasn't available but the office staff fitted me in straight away and his replacement was friendly with great customer care and temporalily fixed my problem many thanks.

My annual check up went, as expected, very professional and friendly. All of the staff were kind and sympathetic towards this old man. Making me feel comfortable and calm for my visit. Well done to you all.

Fantastic service by Mr Gair, managed to start work that was needed even though it was supposed to be a basic checkup so I won’t need as many return appointments and the work is now started, Mr Gair and his assistant make you feel comfortable and make sure you are in no pain, best Dentist I’ve ever had and being 56 I’ve seen a few
