Having experienced many dentist over the years I can not praise the quality of treatment and care that I have just received. I needed 2 fillings, which were particularly challenging, but my dentist, Alex carried out the work perfectly, he is without doubt the best dentist I have had the pleasure of meeting and would recommend both him and the staff.

Make appointments months in advance only to cancel them. Never receive reminders for check ups. Now they don't have an NHS dentist to see the children! Only Interested in implants and whiter smiles, go elsewhere!

Big thank you to Katie for all the work she has done on my teeth so far. My teeth are in an awful state from years of neglect so I’ve been seeing Katie over the last couple of years to repair the damage I’ve done. I’m very embarrassed about my teeth but Katie has never judged me or made me feel worse about it. She’s always so kind, does amazing work and has tried her best to save as many of my teeth as possible which I really appreciate. The receptionist team are always so kind, friendly and helpful too. Big thank you to everyone at the village dental practice.

Very unprofessional today. Dentist already running 20 minutes late. Staff and baby come into visit and everything stops. Unacceptable. We were not the only patients to witness either. Your dentists need to understand people also have jobs and can't be as unprofessional or lax as they are. It's not acceptable at all. We can't all sit there all day waiting for them all to coo and smile at a baby, making appointments even later for people. Some of your reception staff need to have better people skills also when speaking to patients. Making poor excuses to patients when it's clear in the waiting area what is happening down the corridor only made the individual receptionist look stupid.

Thank you, Megan, for the care you took over my filling. I was extremely impressed by your skill and attitude during my 30 minute appointment. I think it the most relaxed dental appointment I have ever had ! Valerie Giles

I have a dental phobia so could never say I enjoy going to the dentist, but Tom helped me get to a point where I no longer felt terrified and could get stuff done without sedation. I never had problems getting an appointment, the reception staff are friendly, and the place its self is spotless. I don't think I appreciated it enough until I moved away and am now stuck without a dentist, having to rely on 111. So I highly recommend, especially if you are nervous.

I recently had a Hygiene appointment with Megan, she was amazing! friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. I was put at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. Left with my teeth feeling fresh and clean. Thank you Megan.
