My first appointment at this dental practice. I went to see Hygenist Helena Mercer. As soon as I walked in the room she was super friendly. she clearly knows her profession well. She did an absolute thorough job and yet the whole process was very gentle. Her advice regarding brushing / my personal care and maintenance was very helpful. The reception team were great too, very on point and helpful - they let me know of a cancellation for the next day after myself first contacting them. This practice is clearly a well run and stable dental practice.
My visit to the hygenist was quite amazing this week as the practice have upgraded their equipment using guided biofilm therapy. It’s so much faster and painless than traditional methods, and my teeth look great. Always a friendly and welcoming team at the high street dental practice and highly recommend
Very warm welcome by receptionist and staff. The Hygeniest was very gentle, thorough and made my teeth feel lovely and clean. Went on to see Samantha the dentist who was charming and very gentle and she gave me all information I needed. Highly recommend.

Yes my care was very good I was looking fwd to some nice easily listen music now Jazz has left instead of the dreadful classic fm but no the terrible music was still playing.Time to think about the paying customers and CHANGE.It would be 5 stars but for the music
