Absolutely deserve 5 star rating. Amazing practice. Dr Esen is a fantastic, understanding, gentle dentist. Very knowledgeable, i would definitely recommend. Having just had more treatment a big thank you to Dr Esen and Nurse Leanne for calming me and for doing a wonderful job.

Had a really good experience with Aareez and Phoebe at East Grinstead Smiles. Aareez was great, super easy to talk to and explained what he was doing without making it feel overwhelming. They are really friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

After 2 traumatic incidents as a child I never used to go to the dentist and only out of necessity. Since visiting Esen, I'm still nervous but she has been so reassuring, sympathetic and kind that I now visit regularly. All the staff are very friendly and I would recommend Esen to any other nervous patient.

My first visit at East Grinstead Smiles was beyond my expectations. The practice is immaculate and staff are just lovely. They will do their best to get you as earlier an appointment as possible. I came to EG Smiles for a second opinion after being extremely upset by my NHS dentist and the options I was given (which was to extract two of my teeth). Dr Emel was brilliant and so attentive - she provided me with alternative options, which didn’t even mention any extractions. She took her time to explain everything and answered all my questions and was so kind. Her assistant Amber was equally lovely and made sure my 4 year old was ok throughout my examination. I’ve already booked my hygienist with them. Highly recommend.

I came for a consultation and was advised by the dentist in my package, it would include the whitening tooth paste. I was not contacted by the company to let me know my products had arrived. When I collected my products, the tooth paste wasn’t in my bag and I reminded them that it was supposed to be included. I was told that the dentist who advised me was new and it was a mistake. I actually confirmed at the desk when I was leaving. The receptionist today was stoned face and unhelpful - simply saying it was a misunderstanding. Well it was agreed in my package and therefore, I was mis-sold. I won’t be back and advise having any packages or agreements put in writing.

This is a very good dental practice, I have had 2 dentist’s since I joined 18 months ago both were very gentle and professional.

Dentist Aareez and dental assistant Ellen were very welcoming, chatty and professional, which made me feel comfortable straight away. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain the services I asked about in detail. I would highly recommend all their services.
