Dr Stephanie and her assistant were both amazing. The doctor took her time to explain the procedure well and how to look after myself post procedure ( extraction of 2 wisdom teeth). She was very professional in her job and managed it smoothly with minimal discomfort for me.The team is amazing and friendly. Thanks

I say time and time again how lovely Zoy and Hope (?) are whenever I see them! From someone who had a fear of the dentist years ago (from another practice), he has totally reversed that. They have supported me through multiple jaw surgeries, providing advice on the phone or via email as issues arise, as well as being genuinely interested in how things are going when I attend for an appt. I am not forced into going to see the hygienist - as physically would be too painful - and he respects that decision. He is just lovely, makes me feel so relaxed and works with me given my multiple challenges I throw his way.

This is a heads up re pricing. In Dec 25 I paid £42 for a routine private checkup. Today I was charged £75!!! For a 15 min check up. I hate the lack of transparency re pricing and there are no price lists on their website. Unfortunately I won't continue at this practice now because of this 78% increase in price. God knows what other treatments cost!

Have had a great service so far including getting an emergency dental appointment for my son (within an hour of a nasty injury). The reception staff are welcoming and helpful and the dentists we have seen have always been great with my kids too! Mrs Walker

The staff at Moat Road are amazing very friendly, polite and calming. The FOH staff are always helpful even when there’s been phone and internet issues they are always working hard to get things running smoothly. The kids and I have found a dentist that is smiley happy and helpful and his dental nurses are always so happy and kind too.

My experience with a dentist call Sejal Parekh and her assist was extremely professional and in a friendly manner she was very very helpful. She sorted out my tooth 🦷 problem in one day I don't have to wait until next appointment she booked me in the next day. Thank you to all staff
