My daughter had a really positive experience. From the very beginning, the team was welcoming, professional, and made her feel completely at ease. Every step of the process was clearly explained, which helped us feel confident and informed throughout. The treatment itself went smoothly, and I knew she was in good hands during appointments. The results have been fantastic—her teeth look great, and her smile feels more natural than ever. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into her treatment, and I would definitely recommend this orthodontic practice to anyone considering improving their smile.

Great experience for my son’s brace fitting. Nick and his assistant were brilliant. They made my son feel calm and explained what was happening along the way. The clinic was very clean and tidy and professional looking. The receptionist was also very friendly and informative. Thank you.

Can't recommend Enhance Smiles enough, outstanding service, welcoming and informative team (everyone!). Was here getting my 15yr old son his first fixed braces, Nick and his assistant (apologies I forgot your name) were so nice and professional, my son and I agreed, we didn't want to leave when the procedure were done lol, not even joking. Thank you so much, can't wait to see the results.

Absolutely phenomenal orthodontist surgery! The super helpful, friendly receptionists Pam & Julie, the lovely new hygienist Hayley, Of course the main men Nick & Andrew and all the lovely staff whose names I unfortunately don’t know…. Everyone at this surgery is brilliant. They are so kind, considerate & caring towards myself & my children who all have different needs. They listen, explain well & are so patient. I trust them fully and never worry when coming to appointments here! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

andrew mccance the main orthodontist is not understanding of anxiety at all instead of advising me about problems and showing me how they can be sorted out with my teeth and gums he made me feel very judged and uncomfortable. some members of staff are friendly like the reception staff who are always welcoming and some of the other team who i see for appointments but apart from that i do not like my appointments here.

I cannot thank and recommend this clinic enough! Every single member of staff is lovely and they have made me feel so comfortable that I’ve gone from having to be sedated for dental procedures to actually enjoying attending appointments! They’re miracle workers and I will forever be grateful for the confidence they’ve allowed me to gain!

My 14 year old daughter has just received braces. I couldn't fault the staff here. All very friendly and brilliant with my daughter, who is extremely anxious about going to the dentist. They made sure she was happy at all times and worked at her pace. They immediately knew how to settle her, recognising her anxiety, and talked through it all with positively and at her level. They really were brilliant with her and gave her the trust and confidence she needed. It's the beginning of our journey here, but so far, from this first appointment, I really can't recommend them enough.
