Castle View Dental Practice

A few months ago I was advised by the Indian male dentist that he could build my broken tooth & put a crown on it. I missed 1 appointment,but went in earlier. The same dentist booked me in for January for a tooth extraction. NOT what I want! I want my tooth saved!!!!

Disgusting treatment by the dentist here. Was told I was having my back teeth filled in, only to go to the next appointment and have her tell me I was having my front teeth filled and "it’s your own fault for not reading the letter" despite the letter not stating which teeth I was having filled. I was spoken down to and made to feel incredibly uncomfortable.

Went here for a simple tooth filling and they said the tooth was cracked in half and needed removing so I opted to listen to the advice. They struggled to remove the tooth which baffled me as if it was cracked wouldn’t it be easy instead when they finally got it out I saw the tooth was completely healthy just needed a filling no cracks only the ones they made at the root of the tooth. Since then I’ve had gum infection after infection I’ve had to change dentist as nothing was getting sorted bits of broken roots in my gums was left after weeks and months since the removal my tooth next to it has been in severe pain getting worse and worse. I would highly recommend avoiding as it seems the dentist are lying about the required treatment as they said they gave me a clean and polish also but never did. I’m thankful I don’t pay for treatment due to disability but I’d be even more angry if this came out my own pocket. You only get one set of teeth and butchers like these ruin them for money

How things change, I have been a patient @ this practice for 70years always attending my annual check ups & treatment. This morning 24th July 2023 I required urgent treatment for a broken tooth, can you imagine my frustration @ being offered the first appointment in the middle of October. This practice has been in decline for some years now under the current owner, they only have part time dentist now. I feel sorry for the staff on reception as the are not getting any support from a very poor management team. This group should be avoided.

I visited this dentist on 16/7/25 I have had a great experience. The young dr helped me with my gum problem . I would like to say thank you to all the helpfull staff. A kadir Wolverhampton

Second time coming to this dentist and can honestly say it’s the best decision I ever made. They are so welcoming and friendly and really put you at ease, amazing at their job! Would highly recommend 🙂

Avoid this place at all costs! Visited yesterday (17.01.24) with a tooth infection, needing antibiotics (I suffer regularly with them and know the pain and signs) went and saw miru was her name who spent 30secs looking at teeth with the mirror to tell me it was just nerve exposure.. I politely told her I knew it was an infection as I couldn’t bite down, pain, swelling etc. Again she repeated you don’t need antibiotics it’s just nerve exposure. I wasn’t happy with the service so I contacted my doctors who returned my phone call today 18.01.24 at 8.15am to go straight in to see him. As soon as the doctor looked at me and saw how swollen left side of my face was and how solid it was to touch. He confirmed it was a tooth infection. He then examined my mouth to then be told by my doctor NOT only is my tooth infected but so is my tissue and bone on the whole left side of my face. The doctor instantly issued me antibiotics and pain killers. My doctor has now reported the dental practise and the actual dentist to the ICB! As this is not acceptable luckily I knew the signs of it being infected imagine what would of happened if someone didn’t know the signs! Don’t bother with this place! Needs shutting down!!!
