Well Well, what can I say this place was absolutely fantastic, made me well aware of what was going to happen and put me into the right place now they couldn't remove my molar due to it needing to be surgical removed by bhandal in cradley but I totally understand has they don't want it to cause further problems for me, they also made me feel welcomed and calm so please don't let it out you off they are here to help you remember that! I did get a cleanse and in all fairness they did give me the option if i want it which i did agree to and again they feel absolutely amazing, now i read a lot reviews about the receptionist not answering the calls but while i was for about 20 minutes that phone must off gone off about 6 times and everytime it rang they answered so don't listen to the other reviews, but yeah thank you for the service and the works.
Had two teeth extracted four days ago. Was put at ease before and during the procedure. Experienced some minor discomfort post-extraction. Sites are healing very well, and no longer in pain or experiencing any discomfort. Very pleased with service!
I was informed that a longer appointment would be necessary, which I completely understand. However, when I arrived for my next appointment, I learned I had been scheduled for a shorter time slot. I felt a bit uncomfortable, as it seemed implied that this was my oversight. The dentist, a gentleman of Asian descent, came across as somewhat condescending during the visit. I believe that the patient service could be improved. Therefore, I have decided that I will not be returning.
Used here for a while and always been happy. Until now. Called to make appointment for filling and start partial denture. Waited 3 weeks and could only have filling. Waited another 3 weeks to be told my appointment was too late in day, even though I double checked with male receptionist. No call beforehand. They squeezed me in following week. Again I arrived to be told they weren't doing it, I was only there for emergency treatment. That had been dealt with 4 weeks previously. Then told me because of way appointments were it would take 2-3 months. I've already waited 7 weeks. I decided to go elsewhere but already paid some money in advance. Will get a refund on that but I'm going to have to wait for head office to sort it. All in all a 4-5 month wait for a partial denture.
Happy with my experience here. I had a filling & a repair to a broken tooth. I had an initial check up & consultation, then both the filling & repair done in my next visit for a total cost of £76.00. I think this is good value for two visits & both procedures.
I have been with this practice for more than 30 years and have always had good care.I am a carer for my husband and when we both attended for check-ups, two weeks ago, the staff were so kind. The dental nurse even helped me take my husband( he has Parkinson's) to our car.I needed an tooth extraction last week and was very anxious.Mr Mohammed was wonderful.Very calm and professional, which made me less anxious. The procedure was quick and painless even with sutures. It was very infected so he checked it hadn't spread to my sinus.I was given comprehensive advice on aftercare, too. The dental nurse(I think her name was Rachel) was reassuring, too.I can't believe I only had to pay £46,the price I pay my hairdresser, for someone ,who is highly trained, to perform this. extraction.I would highly recommend this practice and grateful that it is still NHS.The government need to give NHS dentists better payments.
There are no words!!!! Receptionist complained I'd upset her!!!! My boy has been waiting 3 years for a brace, he can't even eat!!! They tell me he is first on the list, then he isn't, then he is. Told its gonna be at least another 12 months and i've upset her. 45 times I rang the other day and no one answered the phone. I'm upset! Really bad, unprofessional service.
