I recently visited North Street Dental and had an amazing experience with Sophie and Ann from the hygiene team. I’ve always been quite anxious about going to the dentist due to a previous bad experience, so I was really nervous beforehand. However, from the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at ease. Sophie and Ann were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. As part of the hygiene team, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Their calm and reassuring approach really helped ease my anxiety. Not only was their care excellent, but the quality of their work was fantastic too. I felt confident I was in safe hands the whole time. I’m so grateful to have found them and would highly recommend Sophie and Ann from the hygiene team at North Street Dental to anyone, especially if you’re feeling nervous about dental visits.

Dr Rees is an amazing human being! I have had serous toothache for over 3 weeks, I trust Dr Rees and am so, so grateful for him. Today I had my wisdom tooth removed, which he did so kindly and efficiently. There are no words to describe how exceptional Dr Rees is, please don’t ever doubt going to this dentist. Thank you Dr from the bottom of my heart, you are the best. 🙏🙏 . In addition Charley, Dr, s nurse was so very caring, helpful and kind, thank you so much 🙏 I really appreciate you all , in my hour of need. 🥰 absolute lifesavers.

Was very nervous, as had previously had bad experiences with other practices. Was welcomed with a lovely reception straight away very friendly smiles and greetings, very professional made to feel very welcome. Had my assessment with very friendly gentle who was assisted with the most lovely lady,, they both made me feel very very comfortable understood and listened to and adviced me they can help me and booked me in for my next process. I couldn't be more happy with the whole service from booking on line to walking in and walking out ..walked out with a smile on my face .. Thank you North street for such kindness and making me feel so at ease on my First visit . See you in few weeks. I highly recommend especially if you are a very nervous person. Very pleased with my treatment today. I am very nervous at Dentist but Owen is very kind and gentle. The staff there are also lovely.

I’m delighted with this practice having been a patient for a top plate on implants over some 8+ years and today an emergency repair to the second one I have had, a real "Houston, we have a problem " moment. So pleased that I have already made an appointment to have the third model.
