I went to Sedgemead House for a checkup + scale and polish with Dr Siegfried. This is a rare case of a dental practice that does not feel like "a trip to the dentist". The building has clearly benefitted from recent renovation which instantly puts you at ease - the team there are consistent in their high standard of service throughout. I had everything about my checkup explained to me clearly, including the use of images of my teeth to give context and I really felt that Dr Siegfried communicated in a way that was easy to understand. Being my first time here, I was expecting to feel a lot more pain whilst having the clean - however, I can only describe it as being super gentle and pain free. Top notch! Thanks guys. 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been attending this dental practice for over 18 years and have always received the best treatment and advice anyone could wish for. If you are apprehensive or nervous about a visit to a dentist you will be put at ease and treated with courtesy and consideration. I would highly recommend this friendly practice.

I called yesterday for an emergency appointment and was booked in for the evening to see Dr Ken Aylward. I am an extremely nervous person but Dr Aylward was extremely gentle and understanding during my appointment which made me feel extremely relaxed. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and overall I’m very happy with the experience! The treatment needed for my teeth was explained to me in great detail and Dr Aylward took the care time to explain what steps can be taken for me to achieve good dental steps. I will definitely be returning for the required work and appreciate all the staff for their efforts to make me feel comfortable! 🙂

My first time ever going to a dentist I went to this place the people were absolutely amazing they really cared and was really affectionate towards me they understood that I was very nervous and they made me feel so at ease with my tooth extraction and I would dislike to say to anybody that was thinking about having any kind of teeth treatment that this place in Dover is probably the best place to go to people there are amazing absolutely five star service thank you so much for helping me with my two extraction today
