South Cliff Dental Group, Dover

I had a really positive experience at South Cliff Dental Group. The team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my appointment. The practice is clean, well organised, and runs smoothly, with very little waiting time. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions, which made a big difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality dental care. Thank you to the whole team for such excellent service!

I heard this dental practice took on NHS patients and got in touch quickly. They saw me the next day. They did X-rays and gave me a check up. I needed a filling and was booked in to have one with the same dental therapist. She was brilliant. I opted to have no anaesthetic and she was really gentle reassuring me that we could stop the drilling and filling anytime. She was great. Overall I had a brilliant experience. Was seen quickly and felt in safe hands over these two appointments. The receptionist was also lovely. I'm just very happy to have a dentist again. Thankyou

Reception staff were very helpful nothing was too much trouble for them! The dental nurse and dentist were really lovely and I felt comfortable with them ( I suffer from anxiety) they kept me informed on everything which definitely helped me.

This is a dental clinic with incredibly warm service and highly professional staff! The two female staff members at the front desk were very patient, communicating with us using Google Translate and recording our questions. They smiled throughout, which eased our anxiety about the language barrier, even though we don't speak English. The doctor and nurses who treated us were also very warm and patient, diligently using Google Translate to communicate with us. I had previously received dental treatment elsewhere, but the doctors there didn't provide accurate treatment, which may have delayed my dental care. However, at this clinic today, the doctor who treated me explained that my acid reflux was one of the causes of my dental problems and carefully treated and addressed them. She patiently answered every question we had, making us feel very apologetic for taking up too much of their time because of our lack of English. The nurses were also diligent and professional in their work; their warm smiles were very comforting, and they were constantly busy. I have the utmost praise and appreciation for this clinic, its doctors, and its nurses!

Reception Staff were very polite, the majority of "Dentists" can't fully practice here in the UK as they qualified abroad, however they can do the basics, check-ups and fillings etc, they are very nice and polite. There is 1 full dentist who practices 3 times a week at South Cliff. Personally I'll South Cliff for NHS check-ups and for anything else, like crowns I'd go elsewhere privately if I was in pain and needed it sorting urgently. And yes there is the obligatory suggestion of booking in with the Hygienist at the end of the check-up.

The Dental Practitioners are qualified dentists in their home country. They are very considerate and professional. Five stars if the anaesthetic had been a bit stronger to start!

Siddiq and his dental assistant today (name began with L, but I don’t want to butcher an attempt at spelling it, sorry!) were absolutely fantastic with my little boy. We went for a normal 6 monthly check up and it was identified that my son needed some teeth extracting due to an adult tooth already erupting but the wobbly baby tooth still being in the way. Siddiq’s manner with my son was brilliant, I’m not even sure he realised there was an injection involved because he kept him calm and distracted. I wouldn’t hesitate for my son to be under Siddiq’s care again. My review loses 1 star due to the fact I think the reception area needs a clean up.
