Amazing team at the practice, they treat you so well and provide an excellent service. Always greeted with a smile, the staff on reception do an amazing job and are always happy to answer any queries, friendly, polite and helpful. The dentists are amazing at what they do and always have time for your needs as well as talking you through everything they are doing. A wonderful practice with wonderful staff.

The reception and dental staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had no issues with any of my treatment and overall both appointments were very positive experiences. Faizal Dossa explained everything very clearly and took time to answer my questions. He is very knowledgeable and skilled and both him and Barbara were also very friendly. Highly recommend

I recently had two appointments at Bupa dental dover and I am very impressed with the treatments I recieved. My dentist was gentle and explained everything as she went along putting my mind at ease. This Practice is amazing, the ladies on Reception are the best, they are Friendly, Professional, and would make even the most nervous patient feel at ease. The Dentist themselves are extremely friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this Dental Practice.

My daughter who is 11 had an appointment with Dentist Faizal today. He is the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He was amazing with my daughter and explained everything from start to finish. He was very kind. She had unfortunately got herself very worked up before we arrived. He allowed her to ask questions even press the chair buttons to put her at ease! Dental nurse Barbara was a delight too.

Just wish to say how helpful and professional all the staff are here, especially the ladies that work on the front desk. They go above and beyond to help with arranging appointments around my busy lifestyle, and, in particular, Debbie who will send me an extra reminder when im due in as I struggle with fatigue and can be forgetful. The extra mile is really appreciated, my teeth thank you all! 😁

I could not be more thankful to staff for their help and support today. I popped in this morning having been suffering with tooth ache all weekend hoping I might get an appointment later in the week. They managed to squeeze me in at lunchtime today and now I am back home having had my tooth extracted. The reception staff at the surgery are always extremely polite and helpful and always willing to go above and beyond where possible. I didn’t see my normal dentist today (apologies I didn’t get her name) but she was also excellent and made a very nervous and pain intolerant customer as relaxed, positive and informed as possible. Five star service as always at Bupa Dental Care Dover, from a very satisfied (albeit sore and sensitive) customer!
