Had bad experiences with previous dental treatment at other practices. At Carcroft, all staff are amazing. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful.Ines and Zoe make you feel at ease, explain everything to you. Highly satisfied with their professionalism and don’t mind going now. Xx

Had couple of treatments here before Christmas and can honestly say fantastic practice. My dentist Ines was great and explained everything and treatments went ahead with no problems at all. The nurse Zoe was friendly and put me at ease from the minute I walked in which helped me a lot. Credit to you both ladies.

I absolutely hate having to go, the reception staff are lovely but the lady dentist is absolutely dreadful, she speaks to you like a child being shouted at by your teacher. Absolutely no bed side manner as they say, no warning or warmth or explanation before you are going to experience something painful, totally rude and abrupt, it's absolutely dreadful. The Dental nurse however is absolutely lovely and seems to have to be always working so hard to soften the atmosphere in the room due to the dentist.

I have always found the team here really friendly, helpful and professional. My dentist always take the time to explain everything clearly and I've never had any issues with any work he has carried out.

Guess I'm finding another dentist, just stormed out in a huff, basically I have a bad gag reflex so when I get a mould to add teeth to denture I gip as it feels like pink goo is going down throat but the last time the dentist put this powder on pink goo to hold it in place, asked him if he did it this time, he claimed he didn't put anything on pink goo and did I want him to carry on so I said a rude word and stormed out, not being made out to be a liar, dentist has had a go at me for gipping before even though I can't help it so be well rid, only gave a decent rating because rest of staff are great.

Absoloutely disgusting service. The dentist cancelled my appointment due to having a cold sore and not being able to attend. Just been kicked off as I was nearly involved in a collision and didnt feel it was safe to drive with it being too icy. Knowing how far id have to travel with the road works and would make me late and result in not being able to be seen anyway. Not worth risking my life for someone to clean my teeth when they wont actually help me with the problems I have with my gums and teeth anyway. "Nothing they can do" no not unless I pay thousands anyway.

Lovely friendly receptionists and I have been today for a filling by Asad who so put me at ease and was very attentive and also his assistant Ella. I have never had such a good dentist before. I'm so happy with them. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend them
