Robinson Dental - Bentley High Street

So I just find out my husband was removed from practice because we wrote but review about his treatment The receptionist said that since he had such an opinion, they had written him off because he was not satisfied, but no one informed him because why would they? For the receptionist and others, we don't have much choice these days when it comes to dentists because the waiting time is several years. The service rating system is there to rate you, and so is this a free country?! They don't send patients who come to the dentist for help to Turkey for private dental treatment!!!!!!!

I attended this practice recently as a new NHS patient for an initial examination, and I must say I was very satisfied with my experience. The dentist was excellent and very welcoming. The nurse ,whose name I believe is Alicia, was amazing at reassuring me as the patient, explaining the procedure and she even had a laugh with me during treatment which made me feel comfortable and less frightened as I am a nervous patient. I enjoyed that this visit wasn’t so serious and daunting , although they still maintained professional throughout. Would definitely recommend and will be happy to return!

Shockingly poor service. My daughter has a broken front tooth. I took her to an emergency dentist, and they gave her a temporary filling until I can get her into a dentist, however, the tooth is broken down to the core. I signed up for this one as it was one of only a few accepting NHS patients. The woman on reception was lovely; however, the male dentist only did a quick, few-second check-up. When I explained the situation, as advised by the emergency dentist, he was completely dismissive and responded with an arrogant tone, saying that nothing needs to be done and to come back when the temporary filling falls off. It is very mismatched, uneven, and very off colour, of course as it is only a temporary solution. I expressed my concerns that there may be problems long term, and it needs a permanent fix, and even offered to show him pictures of the tooth which he did not want to see. He said if I'm not happy, to go get a second opinion elsewhere. Very rude, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional.

I’ve been using this dentist for several years now and I have always had a pleasant experience there, the dentist , his assistant and the receptionist are all very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Great place to go, been here several years now. Its always super clean and the staff are really friendly. The dentist are always quick to see you and effiecient. 5*

I have been registered with this practice since I moved to Doncaster in 2012.I always attended my check up appointments and whenever I book an emergency appointment.for 3 years during covid I stopped going to the dentist and ignored their frequent recall appointment. Last year I had a severe toothach pain which started suddenly and no pain relief could help with it .I called this practice to arrange for an urgent appointment ,the friendly receptionist told me I was no longer registered at their practice due to the fact I have not responded to their various recall for more than 2 years.I called many other practices to try to book an emergency appointment I could not get anywhere.I then called this practice again and explained to the receptionist that I could not find any other dentist and if the dentist will see me as an emergency only ,she said she will try to help and after 10 minutes on hold she booked me an emergency appointment on the same day.The dentist was friendly and he told me I have a loose tooth which need extraction .The tooth was extracted and I become pain free again ,thanks to the dentist and his receptionist.

Where do I start this dentist really needs looking into shocking service he dosent listen to you really rude wants easy option of just extraction has i had to get a second opinion because there was nothing wrong with my tooth but he gave me pain not sure that’s what a dentist is suppose to do, only been twice and every time I have had to go back because of his shabby work he rushes through every appointment the place it’s self is not clean looks more like a Chinese when you walk in nothing in there makes you at ease and that’s before you meet the dentist, not sure if he’s a smoker but my last visit all I could smell on his gloves was smoke, he talks to you with his back against you and mumbles under his mask so no idea what he saying language barrier is already a issue so this just makes it worse, so overall am not a fan of this dentist and wouldn’t come back even if i was desperate, just takes your money and you leave with pain top dentist!!! Seriously start looking in to this dentist as all I’ve seen on here is the same reviews and the same complaints yet he still at this practice like I say might be ok for some people definitely not for me worse experience and we all no the dentist isn’t the fun place to be we have to go but another to come out with pain that didn’t even exist in the first place just taken my money and now had to pay for this to be corrected by emergency dentist not happy at all!!!!
