This surgery is great! My dentist is Aima and she makes me feel so comfortable. Deffo the best dentist I've found in Doncaster after trying a few! 100% would recommend this practise, not to be confused with other practices sharing the name. Bentley Road practise is great! Thanks so much Aima! so relieved to of FINALLY found a dentist who knows what there doing and is good at it!
I called to ask if Bentley was accepting any patients and explained that the number I was given for that branch isn’t working, to which I was met with immediate rudeness "well if you google it you’ll see it’s the same number" well I did google it, and there isn’t a number at all.
Usually see Marta who is lovely but had to go for an emergency appointment and unfortunately she was on holiday. Was booked in with the most rude, arrogant man. Who told me he couldn't do anything and I would have to wait for my usual dentist to return to work. He was very dismissive of my obvious distress.
