Had my implants done at this dental surgery by Paulo I’m so pleased with the outcome pain free through out my procedure lovely and polite staff .thankyou paulo for giving me my smile back.

a minute ago New Absolutely ridiculous. Rang for an appointment. Advised by the receptionist that I’m no longer on their list because "you have to book with a dentist within two years to stay on their system". I was unaware of this. She repeated, "unfortunately, not a lot of people know this"…. Well, if "not a lot of people know that", wouldn’t that be something that should be rectified and remedied for future patients? Absolutely Ludacris. I think staff training needs to be implemented where this advice and a little bit of common senseis literally "mentioned" to the patient as they leave and also put on their receipts. If you don’t know, You don’t know. Absolutely ridiculous. As she said to me on the phone, "unfortunately not a lot of people know this". Well, would not that be an indication to use some common sense and you highlight it As not everybody is aware of this knowledge…

Struck off after calling explaining i couldn't get their as I had poorly 1 year old and no child care at the time ... Classy ! Also the young dentist who is not their no longer made my teeth worse and caused me some agony Thanks Miguel

Thank you to my dentist on Halifax crescent,,, especially to aggi who has just performed a totally painless & trouble free extraction for me,,,, I had been in pain for several days & I was booked in asap. Thank you to all the team for your swift & expert work 100% amazing practice 💪

I have only had the best experience with my treatment. All the staff from reception to dental nurses always have ready smiles and are very pleasant. Lulian is great and puts me at ease immediately. I would never go anywhere else.

Extremely Disappointed with Poor Service and Unprofessionalism I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your clinic. When I called to book an appointment, I was shocked to find out that I had been removed from your patient list without receiving any prior notification. I have checked my emails and phone records, and there was absolutely no communication from your clinic regarding this. I know for a fact that I have never missed an appointment, so this was entirely unexpected and unjust. To make matters worse, the lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. She offered no explanation or solution, leaving me stranded without a registered dentist. I cannot afford to pay private dental fees, especially when I work hard and pay taxes. This lack of professionalism and basic communication is unacceptable, and I now have to go through the hassle of finding a new dentist at a time when I urgently need care. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the way you handle patient relations in the future. Reply: I kindly request that you refrain from blaming the NHS, as the responsibility for this issue lies solely with the practice. I’ve been a patient at this practice for the past six years, and I’ve now been removed without receiving any written notification or even a text message, which I find concerning.

A extremely warm & welcoming dental practice with dedicated, professional staff who always go the extra mile. On every visit the whole team make their patients feel totally at ease & exceptionally well cared for. I thoroughly recommend this dental practise to any potential service users.
