Always a great service at The Ridge. The reception staff are super helpful and welcoming, and my dentist Dr Lucy has been amazing throughout my Invisalign process. Everything has been communicated well, I feel I have been in good hands & I am really happy with the results so far. Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend The Ridge Dental Practice to anyone wanting consistent highly skilled care for their teeth with an emphasis on prevention of problems. Dr John Hatfield, his son Oscar, and every dentist I have seen always explain what they are doing and discuss options when work is required. The reception staff, hygienists, and nurses are all excellent. I have been attending The Ridge Dental Practice for 30 years during which time it has grown in size and expanded to offer the latest treatments without losing the personal touch which makes it special.

Ridgeway Dental is an exceptional practice through & through, excellence runs through it like a stick of rock. The receptionist team are soo helpful, accommodating (where they can) and personable, matching the professionalism of the dentists. Truly exceptional practice.

Lovely reception staff and areas are kept very clean and tidy. Rami is my dentist and is very pleasant and professional during check ups and carried out my filling yesterday and a scan for whitening trays. The dental nurses are always warm and welcoming. I had my latest hygienist appt with Lauren who did an excellent clean on my teeth - she was very thorough. I moved to this surgery as my previous dentist in Chippenham retired and I wanted to use a local surgery for convenience. I did quite a bit of research to select which dental practice to use and I’m very pleased with my choice.

Warm and friendly reception team, always polite and smiling. My dentist Oscar and dental nurse carried out my treatment efficiently and without pain, always friendly and reassuring which made it a positive experience. Would highly recommend Oscar and the team at The Ridge Dental Practice.
