Flaxpits Lane Dental Practice

Such a shame this practice used the lockdown to change staff and go private. It used to be a model surgery, with superb staff for over twenty years. Its blatantly now all about ££. Also, if you're going to be rude or make fun of the patients (to impress the technician, and she did laugh), at least let the patient get out of earshot first. Else you might be considered incredibly unprofessional.

Cannot speak highly enough of the service and all of the staff at Flaxpits. Friendly, professional and caring! After a long journey, and much banter, Dimitri has not only given me my smile back😁 something I thought would never happen, he has also cured my lifelong Dentophobia with his charming charisma and caring nature Meticulous, conciencious and very skillful. Dimitri ,I consider more of a friend than a dentist. He is professional , caring , considerate, and ensures a pain free experience regardless of the extent of work during an appointment. A great sense of humour.. in essence the very best dentist I have ever had. In addition, the nursing , and reception team, are helpful, welcoming , and friendly. Even going in search after dark , inside and outside of the premises for my misplaced mobile phone following a visit! Thank you all so much.

Used to be an excellent dentist but was sadly taken over and now they’re awful! I’ve lost a tooth due to the dentist not listening and basically telling me I’m imagining the pain. My child has also been waiting for 3 weeks for a retainer following removal of braces. They should have been back 2 weeks ago and no one can tell me where they are. No one bothers to call back and no one answers the phones.

After not going to the dentist for many years due to my fear, I have finally found a practice I feel comfortable at. I can't thank my dentist enough. The staff at flaxpits are friendly and accommodating. I recommend this practice very highly and will to anyone.

Not sure what is happening to what was an absolutely brilliant dental practice. Since Covid it has been impossible to book an appointment for NHS dental work. Whereas should I chose to go private, I could be seen very quickly to attend to my broken tooth. I have a suspicion that the practice is aiming to 100% private. Such a pity.
