Apple Dental Practice, Winterbourne - Bristol

I've been a patient of apple for many years. I always have a good experience here. My dentist Micheal is amazing. My children also come here and he is go good with them. The reception staff and dental nurses are also so lovely and friendly.

Very happy with the treatment at Apple Dental Practice. Although they were very busy they got me an appointment via a cancellation. My dentist Sam was very professional and explained my options clearly. I decided to have the tooth pulled. It was done quickly with no pain. I went yesterday to my dentist for a check up but turned out I needed several fillings. The whole experience has been very pleasant, right from booking the visit with the receptionist to completing the fillings procedure. The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and really welcoming. The dentist is very pleasant and highly knowledgeable. I hardly felt anything during the filling and the dentist’s assistant was thoroughly competent. Overall, my dentist’s visit went very well, virtually pain free and the job was done competently and efficiently.

Staff are incredibly professional and friendly. Reception is brilliant, and the dentists are great. My dentist is Sam and he’s always thorough and listens to everything I have to say. He cares and I feel like I’m in safe hands.

would give zero stars if I could. This place has become an absolute masterclass in time-wasting and inefficiency. First off, they shut down for a full hour for lunch. In what world does a medical professional office completely lock the doors in the middle of a workday? I was forced to wait outside like a nuisance just to get into a building for an appointment I paid for. When you finally get inside, don't expect things to move any faster. They are once again pushing "another new system" to check in. They already have every single bit of my personal information on file, yet they insist on making patients jump through digital hoops. It’s a redundant, bureaucratic nightmare that adds zero value to the patient experience. The kicker? After all the waiting and the administrative headache, I spent a grand total of two minutes in the dentist's chair. You are treated like a line item on a spreadsheet, not a human being. If you value your time, go literally anywhere else. This practice is clearly more interested in their "systems" and their lunch breaks than actually providing care.

As usual Michael and team provided excellent care and pragmatic sensible advice. I and my children have been with him for 28 years (!) and we have always had first class care with him, all treatment has been timely and appropriate, they would never suggest anything we didn’t need. Highly recommend as trusted dental practice.
